The Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider remain responsible for merchant-side execution and settlement of a Refund to the applicable payment method.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such revisions.

Get Feedz, Inc., through MyReservations.com, operates the customer-facing Platform, maintains the customer relationship, facilitates Bookings, and provides customer support to Travelers in connection with Bookings made through the Platform.
Accommodation inventory displayed and offered through the Platform may be supplied through independent Hotels, Suppliers, Booking Providers, and other Inventory Providers. When a Traveler completes a Booking through MyReservations.com, the applicable reservation is processed and fulfilled through the applicable Booking Provider.
The Booking Provider supports processing and fulfillment of the Accommodation reservation. The contracting party and Merchant of Record identified for the applicable Booking are responsible for the reservation and payment functions allocated to them under the Booking Terms and these Terms & Conditions.
The Company's role is to operate MyReservations.com, provide the customer-facing booking experience, facilitate the reservation process, maintain the customer relationship, and provide customer support. The Company does not own, operate, manage, supervise, control, or provide the Accommodation itself. Accommodation services are provided by independent Hotels and accommodation providers.

- room inventory and availability under their control;
- room assignments;
- accommodation services;
- property operations; and
- compliance with laws applicable to their operation of the Accommodation.
Article 5: Booking and Merchant of Record Disclosure
5.1 MyReservations.com Booking Platform

Travelers complete the Booking process through MyReservations.com. Get Feedz, Inc. operates the Platform, maintains the customer relationship, facilitates Bookings, and provides customer support in connection with reservations made through the Platform.
Accommodation inventory and reservation fulfillment are supported behind the scenes through third-party Booking Providers, Hotels, Suppliers, and other Inventory Providers, as further described in these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Booking Provider and Merchant of Record
Bookings made through MyReservations.com are processed and fulfilled behind the scenes through an applicable third-party Booking Provider.
The identity of the Booking Provider, contracting party, and Merchant of Record will be disclosed before the Traveler completes the Booking or becomes obligated to pay. These roles may be performed by the same entity or by different entities.
Where the Booking Provider is the Merchant of Record, it is responsible for:
- arranging for, processing, and collecting the Traveler's payment for the Booking, directly or through applicable payment processors or payment service providers;
- appearing as the merchant in connection with the applicable payment transaction;
- performing merchant-side execution and settlement of Refunds processed by MyReservations.com Customer Support;
- administering chargebacks and payment disputes;

- handling payment-related obligations associated with the Booking; and
- performing other transaction-related functions associated with its role as Merchant of Record.
The Merchant of Record may use third-party payment processors or payment service providers to facilitate payment transactions. The use of such a payment processor or payment service provider does not change the identity or responsibilities of the Merchant of Record for the applicable Booking.
The applicable Booking Provider, contracting party, and Merchant of Record will be identified before the Traveler completes the Booking or becomes obligated to pay and may also be identified in the Booking Confirmation.
5.3 Role of Get Feedz, Inc. and MyReservations.com
Get Feedz, Inc., through MyReservations.com, operates the customer-facing Platform and provides the booking interface and customer support through which Travelers interact in connection with their Bookings.
The Company may assist Travelers with:
- reservation inquiries;
- Booking Confirmation questions;
- cancellation requests;
- Refund requests;
- reviewing and approving Refund requests in accordance with the applicable Booking Terms;

- issuing Booking vouchers, invoices, receipts, credits, and other reservation-related documents where authorized;
- modification requests;
- Hotel or Property inquiries;
- reservation-related problems or complaints; and
- other customer service matters relating to a Booking.
Where a request requires approval or action by the Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or other responsible third party, MyReservations.com may facilitate the request or communication on behalf of the Traveler. Once an action is approved, payment execution and timing may remain subject to the operational requirements of the Merchant of Record, its payment processor, the applicable card network, card issuer, or financial institution.
The Company's provision of customer support does not transfer to the Company responsibilities that belong to the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, payment processor, or other service provider under the applicable Booking Terms.
5.4 Hotels and Independent Suppliers
Hotels, accommodation providers, Suppliers, Booking Providers, and other Inventory Providers are independent third parties.
Hotels and accommodation providers are responsible for providing the Accommodation and related on-property services purchased or reserved by Travelers, including matters relating to room assignment, property operations, amenities, accessibility, check-in and check-out requirements, and other services provided at the Property.
The Company does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control Hotels or other accommodation providers and does not guarantee the acts, omissions, performance, condition, safety, quality, or services of any Hotel, Property, Supplier, Booking Provider, or other third party except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions.
5.5 Inventory Sources
Accommodation inventory, rates, availability, descriptions, restrictions, cancellation policies, and related reservation information displayed through the Platform may be obtained from various third-party sources, including:
- Hotels and accommodation providers;
- Booking Providers;
- wholesalers and bedbanks;
- accommodation aggregators;
- reservation distributors;
- channel managers;
- marketplace and distribution partners;
- affiliate inventory relationships;
- direct Hotel relationships; and
- other Inventory Providers.
The particular Inventory Source used for a Booking may vary depending on the Hotel, rate, room type, availability, destination, or other booking circumstances.
The Company may add, remove, or change Inventory Sources and Booking Providers without requiring an amendment to these Terms & Conditions, provided that information required to be disclosed to the Traveler in connection with a particular Booking will be provided as appropriate during the applicable booking or transaction process.
5.6 More Cashback Rewards, Inc.
More Cashback Rewards, Inc. may provide, or support dining rewards, cashback rewards, retail rewards, marketing, customer relationship management, analytics, and other affiliated services associated with the Platform.
MCBR does not act as the Merchant of Record for Accommodation Bookings made through the Platform, does not process customer reservation payments, and is not the contracting party for Accommodation reservations.
5.7 Availability and Reservation Confirmation
Accommodation inventory, rates, room types, and availability displayed through the Platform are subject to availability and may change until a Booking is successfully completed and confirmed.
A reservation is not final until a Booking Confirmation has been issued or transmitted confirming the applicable Booking.
Availability, rates, restrictions, and Booking Terms may be supplied by the applicable Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other Inventory Provider and remain subject to the applicable Booking Terms and Property Policies.
Article 6: Account Registration
6.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the Platform may require Travelers to create an account.
When creating an account, Travelers agree to:
- provide accurate, complete, and current information;
- maintain and promptly update account information as necessary;
- maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials; and
- accept responsibility for activity occurring through their account, subject to applicable law.
Travelers may not impersonate another person, create an account using false or misleading information, or use another person's account without authorization.
6.2 Account Security
Travelers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and other account credentials.
Travelers must promptly notify the Company if they become aware of or reasonably suspect:
- unauthorized access to their account;
- unauthorized use of account credentials;
- fraudulent activity;
- loss or compromise of login information; or
- any other security incident affecting their account.
The Company may take reasonable measures to protect the Platform, Traveler accounts, and associated information, including requiring password resets, additional authentication, identity verification, or temporary account restrictions.
6.3 Account Suspension or Termination
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Traveler's account or access to the Platform where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- violation of these Terms & Conditions;
- misuse of the Platform;
- security concerns;
- sanctions or legal compliance requirements;
- abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct;
- attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; or
- other activity that may expose the Company, its affiliates, Travelers, Booking Providers, Hotels, Suppliers, payment processors, or other service providers to legal, financial, operational, or security risk.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, the Company may provide notice of an account suspension or termination.
6.4 Effect on Existing Bookings
Suspension, restriction, or termination of a Traveler's MyReservations.com account does not, by itself, cancel an existing confirmed Booking.
Existing Bookings remain subject to their applicable Booking Terms, cancellation policies, Hotel or Property Policies, and the requirements of the applicable Booking Provider and Merchant of Record.
Where an existing Booking is affected by fraud, unauthorized activity, sanctions requirements, payment issues, legal requirements, or other circumstances requiring review or action, the Company may assist the Traveler and coordinate with the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, payment processor, or other applicable service provider.
6.5 Account Information and Privacy
Information provided in connection with a Traveler's account will be collected, used, processed, stored, disclosed, and shared in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Certain information may also be shared with Booking Providers, Merchants of Record, Hotels, Suppliers, payment processors, MCBR, and other service providers where necessary to facilitate Bookings, provide customer support, administer rewards, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or provide other services described in these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Article 7: Booking Process
7.1 Searching and Selecting Accommodation
Travelers may use MyReservations.com to search for and compare available Accommodation based on criteria such as destination, travel dates, number of guests, room type, amenities, price, and other available search criteria.
Accommodation inventory, rates, availability, descriptions, photographs, amenities, cancellation policies, restrictions, and other information displayed through the Platform may be supplied by Hotels, Booking Providers, Suppliers, and other Inventory Providers.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Accommodation details, Booking Terms, cancellation policy, Property Policies, and other material information displayed during the Booking process before completing a Booking.
7.2 Traveler and Guest Information
Travelers must provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a Booking, including all information reasonably required to complete and fulfill the reservation.
The Traveler making the Booking is responsible for ensuring that:
- names and other guest information are accurate;
- travel dates and destination are correct;
- the selected Accommodation and room type are correct;
- the number and ages of guests are accurately disclosed where requested;
- valid contact information is provided; and
- any other information required to complete the Booking is accurate.
Errors in information supplied by a Traveler may affect the ability to confirm, modify, or fulfill a Booking.
7.3 Review Before Booking
Before completing a Booking, Travelers should carefully review the reservation details presented through MyReservations.com, including, as applicable:
- Hotel or Property;
- room or Accommodation type;
- check-in and check-out dates;
- number of guests;
- rate and total price;
- applicable taxes and fees;
- cancellation and Refund terms;
- payment requirements;
- Property Policies;
- special restrictions or conditions; and
- other material terms applicable to the Booking.
By completing the Booking, the Traveler acknowledges the reservation details and agrees to:
- the Booking Terms presented during the Booking process;
- the applicable Hotel or Property Policies;
- any material terms of the disclosed Booking Provider, contracting party, or Merchant of Record presented or made available before the Traveler completes the Booking or becomes obligated to pay; and
- any additional Hotel or Supplier conditions properly disclosed as applicable to the selected Accommodation, rate, or reservation.
The Traveler's acceptance of such third-party terms does not make the Company the contracting party, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or provider of the Accommodation and does not transfer the responsibilities of any such third party to the Company.
7.4 Completing a Booking Through MyReservations.com
Travelers complete their Booking through MyReservations.com.
When a Traveler submits a Booking through the Platform, MyReservations.com transmits or facilitates the transmission of the reservation information necessary for the applicable Booking Provider to process and fulfill the reservation behind the scenes.
Submission of a Booking request does not itself guarantee that the requested Accommodation, room type, rate, or other reservation details remain available.
A Booking becomes confirmed when the reservation has been successfully processed and a Booking Confirmation has been issued or transmitted to the Traveler.
7.5 Booking Confirmation
Following successful confirmation of a Booking, the Traveler will receive or have access to a Booking Confirmation containing relevant reservation information.
The Booking Confirmation may include, as applicable:
- Hotel or Property name;
- Property address;
- reservation or confirmation number;
- check-in and check-out dates;
- guest information;
- room or Accommodation details;
- rate and payment information;
- any Booking voucher, invoice, receipt, credit, or other reservation-related document issued or made available by MyReservations.com;
- the identity of the applicable Booking Provider, contracting party, and Merchant of Record, together with the expected payment statement descriptor where applicable;
- applicable taxes and fees;
- cancellation or Refund terms;
- Property Policies;
- customer support information; and
- other information relating to the Booking.
Travelers should review the Booking Confirmation promptly and contact MyReservations.com Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible if they believe any information is incorrect, if they experience an issue affecting the Booking, or if they require assistance. Travelers should provide such Booking and other information as may reasonably be required for MyReservations.com to investigate and assist with the matter.
7.6 Booking Requests That Cannot Be Confirmed
In some circumstances, a Booking request submitted through MyReservations.com may be unable to be confirmed because of changes in availability, rate changes, inventory discrepancies, technical issues, payment authorization issues, Booking Provider requirements, Hotel or Supplier restrictions, suspected fraud, or other circumstances.
If a Booking cannot be confirmed, MyReservations.com may notify the Traveler and provide customer support regarding the unsuccessful Booking.
Where payment has been authorized, collected, or temporarily held in connection with a Booking that is not successfully confirmed, the applicable Merchant of Record, directly or through its payment processor or payment service provider, will be responsible for any required void, reversal, release, or Refund of the applicable payment, subject to the circumstances of the transaction and applicable payment processing requirements.
MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler with questions regarding the status of such a payment and may coordinate with the applicable Booking Provider or Merchant of Record where necessary.
The time required for a void, reversal, release, or Refund to appear in a Traveler's account may depend on the Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, card issuer, financial institution, payment method, and other factors outside the Company's control.
7.7 Special Requests
Travelers may be able to submit special requests relating to a Booking, including requests concerning bedding, room location, accessibility, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, or other preferences.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, special requests are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability and approval by the applicable Hotel or Property.
The Company may facilitate the communication of special requests but does not control whether a Hotel or Property can or will accommodate them.
7.8 Changes and Modifications
Requests to modify a confirmed Booking are subject to the applicable Booking Terms, cancellation policy, Hotel or Property Policies, Booking Provider requirements, availability, and any applicable price differences, fees, or restrictions.
Travelers should contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance with modification requests.
MyReservations.com may facilitate or coordinate a requested modification with the applicable Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable service provider. A requested modification is not effective unless and until it has been successfully processed and confirmed.
Article 8: Pricing, Taxes, Fees & Payment Terms
8.1 Rates and Pricing
Rates displayed through MyReservations.com are based on information supplied through the applicable Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other Inventory Provider and may vary based on factors including destination, travel dates, room type, occupancy, availability, demand, currency, taxes, fees, and applicable Booking Terms.
Unless otherwise stated during the Booking process, the price displayed before the Traveler completes the Booking will identify the total amount payable for the Booking, including applicable taxes and fees known and required to be collected in connection with the reservation.
Certain charges imposed directly by a Hotel or Property may not be included in the amount collected at the time of Booking where such charges are payable directly at the Property. Any such charges disclosed to the Company will be displayed or otherwise disclosed during the Booking process where applicable.
8.2 Currency
Prices may be displayed in one or more currencies depending on the Traveler's location, selected currency, Accommodation location, Booking Provider, or other applicable factors.
The currency in which the Traveler will be charged will be disclosed during the Booking process before the Booking is completed.
Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates may be determined by the Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, card issuer, financial institution, or other applicable service provider.
A Traveler's card issuer or financial institution may separately impose foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges. Such charges are determined by the applicable financial institution and are not controlled by the Company.
8.3 Taxes and Fees
The total price of a Booking may include applicable taxes, governmental charges, Hotel or Property charges, service fees, and other amounts associated with the reservation.
The applicable Merchant of Record is responsible for collecting taxes and fees included in the payment it collects and for reporting, remitting, or otherwise administering those amounts to the extent required by applicable law or the applicable commercial arrangement. A Hotel or Supplier remains responsible for taxes, fees, or assessments that it collects directly. The Company does not assume a tax-collection or remittance obligation solely because the Booking is completed through the Platform.
Where applicable to the Booking arrangement, lodging taxes may be paid or transferred by the collecting entity to the applicable Hotel, accommodation provider, governmental authority, or other responsible party in accordance with the applicable arrangement and legal requirements.
Certain taxes, assessments, resort fees, destination fees, tourism fees, facility charges, security deposits, incidental charges, or other amounts may be payable directly to the Hotel or Property and may not be included in the amount collected at the time of Booking.
Where information regarding such additional charges is provided to MyReservations.com, the Company will endeavor to display or disclose that information during the Booking process. However, certain charges may be imposed or changed by a Hotel, Property, governmental authority, or other third party after the information has been provided to the Platform.
8.4 Merchant of Record and Payment Processing
For a Pay Now Booking, the disclosed Booking Provider or other disclosed payment entity acts as Merchant of Record. For a Pay at Property Booking, the Hotel or Supplier collecting payment is responsible for that payment transaction.
The Traveler completes the Booking through MyReservations.com; however, payment for the Booking is collected for the applicable Merchant of Record and may be processed through one or more third-party payment processors or payment service providers.
The Merchant of Record is responsible for arranging for, processing, and collecting the applicable payment, directly or through such payment processors or payment service providers, and for performing the payment-related responsibilities associated with its role as Merchant of Record.
The use of a separate payment processor or payment service provider does not make Get Feedz, Inc. the Merchant of Record and does not transfer the Merchant of Record's payment responsibilities to the Company.
The identity of the applicable Merchant of Record will be disclosed before the Traveler completes the Booking or becomes obligated to pay and may also appear in the Booking Confirmation or payment record.
For applicable Pay Now Bookings, the Booking process will identify Nuitee Travel Limited as Merchant of Record before the Traveler completes the Booking or becomes obligated to pay. The hotel transaction will ordinarily appear on the Traveler's credit or debit card statement using the statement descriptor "myreservations-nuitee," subject to capitalization, spacing, truncation, or other formatting applied by the applicable payment processor, payment service provider, payment network, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
The Traveler should retain the Booking Confirmation and compare this descriptor with the applicable payment record before reporting a charge as unrecognized.
MyReservations.com may prepare, issue, or make available Booking vouchers, invoices, receipts, credits, and other reservation-related documents, including documents generated through or on behalf of the applicable Booking Provider, contracting party, or Merchant of Record where authorized. Issuance of such a document by MyReservations.com does not, by itself, make Get Feedz, Inc. the contracting party or Merchant of Record for the Booking.
8.5 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information and completing a Pay Now Booking, the Traveler authorizes the disclosed Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount disclosed during the Booking process, subject to the applicable Booking Terms. For a Pay at Property Booking, payment authorization and collection are governed by the disclosures and requirements of the applicable Hotel or Supplier.
The Traveler represents that they are authorized to use the payment method provided in connection with the Booking.
Payment may be subject to authorization, authentication, fraud screening, security checks, sanctions screening, payment processor requirements, card issuer requirements, or other verification procedures.
A Booking may be delayed, declined, or unable to be confirmed if payment cannot be successfully authorized or processed.
8.6 Pricing Errors
Despite reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occasionally occur due to incorrect information supplied by a Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, Inventory Provider, technical system, or other source.
If a material pricing error is identified before a Booking is confirmed, the Traveler may be notified and given the opportunity, where available, to proceed at the corrected price or discontinue the Booking request.
If an obvious and material pricing error is identified after a Booking Confirmation has been issued, MyReservations.com may notify the Traveler and coordinate with the applicable Booking Provider, contracting party, Merchant of Record, Hotel, or Supplier. Subject to the Booking Terms and applicable law, the party with authority over the reservation may:
- honor the confirmed Booking at the displayed price;
- offer the Traveler the opportunity to retain the Booking at the corrected price;
- offer an alternative Accommodation or other reasonable resolution; or
- cancel the Booking and authorize any Refund or payment reversal required by the Booking Terms or applicable law.
The Traveler will not be required to accept a corrected price without the Traveler's express agreement. MyReservations.com does not independently cancel a confirmed Booking or alter the amount charged unless the Company has authority to do so for the applicable Booking.
Where a Booking is cancelled or a Refund, void, reversal, or other payment adjustment is authorized because of a pricing error, MyReservations.com Customer Support will process the approved adjustment through the systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.
8.7 Fraud Prevention and Payment Verification
The Company, Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable service provider may use fraud prevention, payment verification, identity verification, security, and risk-management measures in connection with a Booking.
A Booking may be delayed, declined, cancelled, suspended, or referred for additional review where fraud, unauthorized payment activity, identity concerns, payment irregularities, sanctions concerns, security risks, or other suspicious activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
MyReservations.com may contact a Traveler or request additional information where reasonably necessary to assist with verification or resolution of a Booking-related issue.
Nothing in this Section limits any additional fraud prevention, sanctions, security, or compliance provisions contained elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions.
Article 9: Cancellations, Modifications, Refunds & No-Shows
9.1 Cancellation Policies
Each Booking is subject to the cancellation, modification, Refund, no-show, and other Booking Terms disclosed during the Booking process and, where applicable, in the Booking Confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund terms may vary based on the Hotel, Property, room type, rate, Booking Provider, Supplier, dates of stay, and other conditions applicable to the Booking.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and Refund terms before completing a Booking.
Certain rates may be non-Refundable, non-cancellable, non-changeable, or subject to cancellation or modification fees.
9.2 Cancellation Requests
Travelers seeking to cancel a Booking can contact MyReservations.com Customer Support using the contact information provided on the Platform or in the Booking Confirmation.
MyReservations.com will assist the Traveler with the cancellation request and, where necessary, coordinate the request behind the scenes with the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable service provider.
A cancellation request is not complete merely because the Traveler has contacted MyReservations.com. Cancellation remains subject to the applicable Booking Terms and must be successfully processed and confirmed.
Travelers should retain any cancellation confirmation provided in connection with the Booking.
9.3 Modification Requests
Requests to modify a Booking, including changes to travel dates, guest names, room type, occupancy, or other reservation details, are subject to availability and the applicable Booking Terms.
Travelers should contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance with modification requests.
MyReservations.com may coordinate the requested modification with the applicable Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable service provider.
Modifications may result in additional charges, rate differences, cancellation and rebooking requirements, or other fees or restrictions.
A requested modification is not effective unless and until it has been successfully processed and confirmed.
9.4 Refund Eligibility
Eligibility for a Refund is determined by the cancellation and Refund terms applicable to the Booking and may depend on factors including:
- the rate or room type selected;
- the timing of the cancellation;
- Hotel or Property cancellation policies;
- Booking Provider or Supplier requirements;
- no-show provisions;
- modification or cancellation restrictions;
- applicable fees or penalties; and
- applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable Booking Terms, a non-Refundable Booking is not eligible for a Refund solely because the Traveler is unable or chooses not to use the Accommodation.
9.5 Refund Processing
Where a Traveler requests a Refund, MyReservations.com Customer Support will review the request and determine whether the Refund is permitted by the applicable Booking Terms, Hotel or Supplier requirements, and applicable law.
MyReservations.com Customer Support is responsible for approving eligible Refunds and processing approved Refunds through the booking and payment systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider remain responsible for merchant-side execution and settlement of the Refund to the applicable payment method.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or payment processing requirements, an approved Refund will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the Booking.
After MyReservations.com has processed an approved Refund, the time required for the Refund to be executed, settled, and reflected in the Traveler's account may depend on the Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
The time required for a Refund to appear in the Traveler's account may therefore vary depending on the payment method and the institutions involved.
9.6 Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain Bookings may be offered at rates that are expressly identified as non-Refundable, non-cancellable, non-changeable, or subject to specific restrictions.
By completing such a Booking, the Traveler accepts the applicable restrictions disclosed during the Booking process.
MyReservations.com may assist a Traveler who requests an exception to a non-Refundable or otherwise restricted Booking; however, any such exception remains subject to the applicable Booking Terms and the approval or authorization of the Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other party with authority to grant the requested exception.
The Company does not guarantee that an exception will be granted.
9.7 No-Shows and Early Departures
If a Traveler fails to check in for a confirmed Booking or departs before the scheduled check-out date, the Booking may be treated as a no-show or early departure in accordance with the applicable Booking Terms and Hotel or Property Policies.
No-shows and early departures may result in partial or complete forfeiture of amounts paid and may not be eligible for a Refund.
Travelers who anticipate arriving late should contact MyReservations.com Customer Support or, where appropriate, the Hotel to reduce the risk of the reservation being treated as a no-show.
9.8 Hotel or Supplier-Initiated Cancellations
In some circumstances, a Booking may be cancelled or materially affected by a Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other applicable service provider because of circumstances including availability issues, overbooking, closure, operational issues, safety concerns, force majeure events, or other circumstances.
Where MyReservations.com becomes aware that a confirmed Booking has been cancelled or materially affected, the Company may assist the Traveler and coordinate with the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or other service provider regarding available options.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable Booking Terms, available options may include alternative Accommodation, modification of the Booking, cancellation, or a Refund.
The availability of any particular remedy or alternative Accommodation is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
9.9 Customer Support and Third-Party Decisions
MyReservations.com provides customer support to Travelers and may facilitate communications and requests involving a Booking.
MyReservations.com Customer Support determines Refund eligibility and processes approved Refunds as described in Section 9.5. Other cancellation, modification, Hotel, Supplier, payment, or reservation decisions may require approval or action by the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or other responsible third party. Merchant-side payment execution and settlement remain subject to processing by the Merchant of Record's payment processor or payment service provider, the applicable card network, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
The Company cannot guarantee that a third party will approve a requested cancellation, modification, exception, or other requested action where that decision is governed by the applicable Booking Terms or is within the authority of that third party.
MyReservations.com will provide reasonable assistance to Travelers in connection with such requests in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
9.10 Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any Refund, cancellation, reimbursement, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a Refund or other remedy notwithstanding the terms otherwise applicable to a Booking, the Booking will be handled in accordance with those legal requirements.
Article 10: Hotel and Property Responsibilities
10.1 Independent Hotels and Accommodation Providers
Hotels, Properties, and other accommodation providers offered through the Platform are independent third parties and are responsible for providing the Accommodation and on-property services associated with a confirmed Booking.
The Company does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control the Hotels, Properties, or other accommodation providers displayed through MyReservations.com.

Such information may be supplied by the Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, Inventory Provider, or another third-party source.
MyReservations.com may display and organize this information for the convenience of Travelers but does not independently verify every item of Hotel or Property information supplied to the Platform.
10.3 Hotel Services and Property Operations
Hotels and accommodation providers are responsible for matters within their operation and control, including, as applicable:
- room assignment;
- cleanliness and housekeeping;
- maintenance;
- property condition;
- utilities;
- security and on-property safety measures;

- other services provided at or by the Property.
Questions or concerns relating to the Booking may be directed to MyReservations.com Customer Support. Where a matter concerns Hotel operations or services, MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler in communicating with the Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other applicable service provider.
10.4 Hotel and Property Policies
Each Booking is subject to applicable Hotel and Property Policies. Travelers' obligations concerning check-in, identification, deposits, occupancy, accessibility, Hotel-direct charges, and other Property requirements are described in Article 14.
10.5 Charges Payable at the Property
Charges collected directly by a Hotel or Property, including security deposits, authorization holds, resort or destination fees, parking, incidentals, and optional services, are governed by Section 14.3 and the applicable Hotel or Property Policies.
10.6 Hotel Issues During a Stay
Travelers experiencing a problem with their Accommodation should, where reasonably possible, promptly notify the Hotel or Property so that the Hotel has an opportunity to address the issue.
Travelers may also contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance.
MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler by communicating with the applicable Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other applicable service provider and may help facilitate a request for an appropriate resolution.
Any Refund, reimbursement, relocation, credit, compensation, or other financial remedy remains subject to the applicable Booking Terms and, where required, authorization or processing by the Hotel, Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Supplier, or other party responsible for the applicable remedy.
10.7 Property Conditions and Accuracy
Property conditions, amenities, services, and surrounding circumstances may change after information has been supplied to the Platform.
The Company does not control Hotel operations and cannot guarantee that every description, photograph, amenity, facility, service, or other item of Property information will remain unchanged at the time of the Traveler's stay.
Nothing in this Section limits responsibility for information supplied directly by the Company or any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
10.8 Health, Safety and Property Conditions
Hotels and accommodation providers are responsible for maintaining their Properties in accordance with laws, regulations, health requirements, safety requirements, and other standards applicable to their operations.
The Company does not inspect, operate, or control Hotels or Properties and does not independently certify their compliance with applicable health, safety, sanitation, accessibility, building, fire, pest-control, or similar requirements.
Travelers should promptly report health, safety, cleanliness, pest, maintenance, or other Property-condition concerns to the Hotel or Property and may also contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance.
Where appropriate, MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler in communicating the concern to the Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other applicable service provider.
10.9 Cashback Dining and Retail Rewards Programs
Dining rewards, cashback rewards, promotional incentives, retail rewards, and similar programs may be offered, administered, or supported by More Cashback Rewards, Inc., subject to the applicable program terms.
The availability, amount, timing, and eligibility of any reward may depend on factors including completion of the applicable Booking or qualifying transaction, applicable program terms, cancellation or Refund status, and verification of the qualifying activity.
Where a Booking is cancelled, Refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise does not qualify under the applicable rewards program terms, any associated reward may be withheld, adjusted, reversed, cancelled, or recovered in accordance with the applicable program terms.
The Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or payment processor does not administer a GFI or MCBR rewards program solely by reason of its involvement in processing or fulfilling the underlying Booking or payment transaction.
Each Rewards Program is offered or administered by the entity identified in the applicable Rewards Program terms. These Terms & Conditions govern GFI's operation of the Platform and GFI's own role in a Rewards Program.
Rights, obligations, limitations, and dispute-resolution provisions relating specifically to an MCBR-administered Rewards Program are governed by the applicable MCBR Rewards Program terms.
Article 10A: Fraud Prevention, Payment Security, Sanctions Compliance and Data Protection
10A.1 Fraud Prevention and Security
Get Feedz, Inc. maintains fraud prevention, security, and risk-management measures in connection with the operation of MyReservations.com and may review activity associated with use of the Platform for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse, security threats, or other potentially unlawful or prohibited conduct.
The Company may use automated or manual processes to identify or investigate suspicious activity and may request additional information or verification from a Traveler where reasonably necessary.
The applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable service provider may maintain and apply its own fraud prevention, payment security, identity verification, authentication, and risk-management procedures.
10A.2 Identity and Payment Verification
A Traveler may be required to provide additional information or complete verification procedures in connection with a Booking where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment authorization, identity verification, security, sanctions compliance, or other lawful compliance purposes.
Such verification may be requested or conducted by the Company, Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, or other applicable service provider.
Failure to provide reasonably requested information or successfully complete required verification may result in a Booking being delayed, declined, suspended, cancelled, or unable to be confirmed, subject to applicable law and the applicable Booking Terms.
10A.3 Merchant of Record and Payment Compliance
The disclosed Merchant of Record is responsible for payment-related compliance obligations associated with its role for the applicable transaction. For a Pay at Property Booking, the Hotel or Supplier collecting payment is responsible for the payment-related compliance obligations within its control.
The Merchant of Record may use one or more third-party payment processors or payment service providers to facilitate payment transactions and may apply payment authorization, authentication, fraud screening, identity verification, chargeback management, security, sanctions screening, or other compliance procedures in connection with a Booking.
The use of a third-party payment processor or payment service provider does not make Get Feedz, Inc. the Merchant of Record and does not transfer the Merchant of Record's payment-related compliance responsibilities to the Company.
10A.4 Sanctions and Prohibited Transactions
Travelers may not use the Platform or complete a Booking in violation of applicable sanctions, trade restrictions, embargoes, anti-fraud laws, or other applicable legal restrictions.
The Company may screen or review Platform activity for sanctions or other legal compliance purposes.
The Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable service provider may also conduct sanctions screening or other compliance reviews in connection with a Booking or payment transaction.
A Booking or transaction may be declined, suspended, cancelled, restricted, or referred for additional review where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary as a result of sanctions restrictions, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, payment risk, security concerns, or other applicable compliance requirements.
10A.5 Suspicious or Unauthorized Activity
Where the Company reasonably suspects fraud, unauthorized use, identity misuse, payment irregularities, security threats, sanctions concerns, or other prohibited activity, the Company may, as appropriate:
- restrict or suspend access to the Platform or a Traveler account;
- request additional information or verification;
- decline to facilitate a new Booking;
- refer the matter to the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable service provider;
- preserve relevant records;
- cooperate with lawful investigations or requests; and
- take other reasonable action necessary to protect the Platform, Travelers, the Company, its affiliates, or applicable service providers.
Where action concerning an existing Booking or payment transaction requires authorization or processing by the Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable third party, the Company may coordinate or facilitate the necessary request but does not assume that third party's responsibilities.
10A.6 Payment Card and Transaction Security
Payment information submitted in connection with a Booking may be transmitted to and processed by the applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider.
The Company does not become the Merchant of Record merely because the Traveler enters payment information through the MyReservations.com booking interface.
Payment processing may be subject to the security standards, authentication requirements, fraud controls, and other procedures of the Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, card network, card issuer, or financial institution involved in the transaction.
10A.7 Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected through MyReservations.com may be collected, used, processed, stored, disclosed, and shared by Get Feedz, Inc. in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection and privacy laws.
In connection with a Booking, the Company may transmit or otherwise make available information reasonably necessary to facilitate, process, confirm, fulfill, modify, support, or administer the Booking to the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, payment processor, payment service provider, or other service provider involved in the Booking.
Such information may include, as applicable:
- Traveler and guest names;
- contact information;
- reservation and itinerary information;
- Hotel and Accommodation details;
- payment and transaction-related information;
- cancellation, modification, and Refund information;
- customer support communications;
- fraud prevention, security, and verification information; and
- other information reasonably necessary to facilitate or support the Booking or comply with applicable legal requirements.
The applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other service provider may process personal information in connection with the services it performs and may be subject to its own legal obligations and privacy or data protection requirements.
Payment information submitted through the MyReservations.com booking interface may be transmitted to or processed by the applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider for purposes of authorizing, processing, administering, Refunding, or otherwise managing the applicable payment transaction.
Get Feedz, Inc. and More Cashback Rewards, Inc. may also collect, use, process, disclose, and share information as described in the Company's Privacy Policy for purposes including customer support, cashback, dining rewards and retail rewards administration, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, analytics, marketing, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
The Company's collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure, and sharing of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the policies governing use of the Platform.
Travelers may exercise applicable privacy and data protection rights in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10A.8 Cooperation and Legal Requirements
The Company may cooperate with Booking Providers, Merchants of Record, payment processors, payment service providers, Hotels, Suppliers, financial institutions, card networks, governmental authorities, regulators, or law enforcement where reasonably necessary to:
- investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- protect Travelers or the Platform;
- investigate payment disputes;
- comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other lawful process;
- satisfy sanctions or other compliance obligations; or
- enforce these Terms & Conditions.
Any collection, use, processing, disclosure, or sharing of personal information in connection with such activities will be subject to the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Article 11: Special Requests, Conduct, Policy Changes and Property Support
11.1 Special Requests
Special requests—including bedding preferences, adjoining or connecting rooms, room location, floor preference, early check-in, late check-out, accessibility requests, or other preferences—are subject to Hotel availability and approval.
MyReservations.com may facilitate the communication of special requests through the applicable Booking Provider, Supplier, or Hotel.
A special request is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the applicable Hotel or other party with authority to provide the requested service.
11.2 Conduct at the Property
Travelers and their guests must comply with applicable law and reasonable Hotel and Property rules while using the Accommodation.
A Hotel may take appropriate action in response to unlawful, dangerous, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.
The Company is not responsible for a Hotel's lawful enforcement of its Property Policies against a Traveler or guest.
11.3 Property Policy Changes
Hotels and Properties may change their policies, operating procedures, amenities, services, fees, or other requirements from time to time.
Where updated information is provided to MyReservations.com before a Booking is completed, the Company will endeavor to display or otherwise make material information available to the Traveler.
The Company does not control changes independently made by a Hotel or Property after a Booking has been completed.
11.4 Assistance With Property-Related Issues
Travelers who experience an issue relating to Hotel or Property Policies may contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance.
MyReservations.com may communicate or coordinate with the applicable Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other service provider in an effort to assist the Traveler.
Where resolution of the matter requires a cancellation, Refund, payment adjustment, or other transaction-related action, such action remains subject to the applicable Booking Terms and, where required, authorization or processing by the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or other responsible party.
Article 11A: No Cooling-Off or General Right of Withdrawal
11A.1 Date-Specific Accommodation Reservations
Accommodation Bookings made through MyReservations.com are generally for lodging services to be provided on specific dates selected by the Traveler.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, such date-specific Accommodation Bookings may not be subject to a general statutory cooling-off period, cancellation period, or right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply to certain online or distance purchases.
11A.2 Cancellation Rights Governed by Booking Terms
A Traveler's ability to cancel, modify, or obtain a Refund for a Booking is governed by:
- the cancellation and Refund terms disclosed during the Booking process;
- the applicable rate conditions;
- the Booking Provider's applicable Booking Terms;
- the Hotel or Property Policies;
- applicable Supplier requirements; and
- applicable law.
Certain Bookings may be expressly identified as non-Refundable, non-cancellable, non-changeable, or subject to cancellation or modification fees.
Travelers should carefully review the applicable cancellation and Refund terms before completing a Booking.
11A.3 No Separate Cooling-Off Period Created by MyReservations.com
Completing a Booking through MyReservations.com does not create an additional cooling-off or cancellation period beyond any rights provided under the applicable Booking Terms or applicable law.
The fact that a Booking is made online through MyReservations.com does not, by itself, give the Traveler an unconditional right to cancel the Booking without charge after the reservation has been confirmed.
11A.4 Cancellation and Refund Assistance
Travelers wishing to cancel or modify a Booking or request a Refund should contact MyReservations.com Customer Support.
MyReservations.com will assist the Traveler with the request and, where necessary, coordinate with the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or other applicable service provider.
Any cancellation, modification, or Refund remains subject to the applicable Booking Terms and applicable law.
Where a Refund is approved or otherwise required, MyReservations.com Customer Support will process it through the systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.
11A.5 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Article is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any cancellation, withdrawal, Refund, reimbursement, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a Traveler with mandatory rights that conflict with the cancellation or Refund terms otherwise applicable to a Booking, those mandatory legal rights will apply.
Article 12: Overbookings, Inventory Discrepancies, and Re-Accommodation
12.1 Overbookings and Inventory Discrepancies
Accommodation inventory displayed through MyReservations.com may be supplied through independent Booking Providers, Hotels, Suppliers, and other Inventory Providers.
Although commercially reasonable efforts are made to display current and accurate availability, inventory discrepancies may occur as a result of circumstances including:
- overbookings;
- synchronization failures;
- transmission errors;
- inventory inaccuracies;
- operational mistakes;
- reservation system errors;
- distribution network delays; or
- system or technology outages.
In some circumstances, an inventory discrepancy may affect a Booking after a Booking Confirmation has been issued.
Where a confirmed Booking cannot be honored, MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler by:
- communicating with the applicable Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other Inventory Provider;
- seeking information regarding available alternative Accommodation;
- assisting with re-accommodation efforts;
- facilitating cancellation or modification of the affected Booking; or
- assisting the Traveler with any available Refund or other resolution.
Where a Refund is approved or otherwise required in connection with the affected Booking, MyReservations.com Customer Support will process it through the systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.
MyReservations.com does not guarantee that alternative Accommodation will be:
- at the same Hotel or Property;
- equivalent in quality or classification;
- the same room or Accommodation type;
- in an identical or comparable location;
- equipped with identical amenities; or
- available at an identical price.
Any re-accommodation remains subject to availability and the circumstances existing at the time re-accommodation is requested.
12.2 Inventory Availability
Accommodation inventory displayed through the Platform is dynamic and may change in real time.
Availability may be affected by factors including:
- Booking Provider updates;
- Supplier updates;
- Hotel updates;
- reservation activity;
- distribution network activity;
- synchronization timing;
- inventory transmission delays;
- technical failures; or
- other circumstances outside the Company's control.
Inventory displayed through MyReservations.com is not guaranteed until a Booking has been successfully processed and a Booking Confirmation has been issued or transmitted.
The Company does not guarantee that Accommodation displayed as available during a search will remain available until the Booking process has been successfully completed.
Where Accommodation becomes unavailable before confirmation, MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler in searching for alternative available Accommodation.
12.3 Property Relocation
In some circumstances, a Hotel or Property may be unable to honor a confirmed Booking and may offer to relocate the Traveler to alternative Accommodation.
MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler with communications and coordination involving the applicable Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other applicable service provider.
Where alternative Accommodation is offered, the Company does not guarantee that the alternative Accommodation will have an identical:
- location;
- room type;
- Property classification or rating;
- amenities;
- services;
- bedding configuration; or
- price.
Any relocation or re-accommodation remains subject to availability, the circumstances of the affected Booking, the applicable Booking Terms, and the arrangements offered or approved by the applicable Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other responsible party.
Where a relocation results in a cancellation, Refund, payment adjustment, or other transaction-related action, MyReservations.com Customer Support will review and process any approved Refund or adjustment through the systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.
12.4 Booking Provider, Supplier or Hotel Insolvency and Operational Disruption
The Company does not control the financial condition, continued operation, reservation systems, distribution systems, or business operations of independent Booking Providers, Hotels, Suppliers, Inventory Providers, or other third-party service providers.
A Booking may be affected by circumstances including:
- Booking Provider insolvency or bankruptcy;
- Supplier insolvency or bankruptcy;
- Hotel insolvency or bankruptcy;
- Hotel or Property closure;
- liquidation or receivership;
- operational failure;
- distribution network interruption;
- reservation system failure;
- inventory transmission failure;
- reservation distributor failure;
- marketplace or Inventory Provider failure; or
- third-party technology or system outages.
Where commercially reasonable and practicable, MyReservations.com may assist affected Travelers by:
- communicating with the applicable Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other service provider;
- obtaining information concerning the status of the Booking;
- assisting in locating available alternative Accommodation;
- assisting with re-accommodation efforts; or
- assisting the Traveler in pursuing any available cancellation, Refund, reimbursement, or other remedy.
The availability of any Refund, reimbursement, alternative Accommodation, or other remedy may depend on the circumstances of the disruption, applicable Booking Terms, the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel or Supplier, and applicable law.
Where a Refund is approved or otherwise required, MyReservations.com Customer Support will process the Refund through the systems made available for that purpose, provided the Merchant of Record and its payment infrastructure remain operational. The Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.
The Company does not guarantee:
- the availability of alternative Accommodation;
- equivalent Accommodation;
- recovery of funds from an insolvent or failed third party;
- reimbursement by a Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other distribution partner; or
- a particular resolution where the circumstances are outside the Company's control.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly assumed by the Company under these Terms, the Company is not required to advance its own funds or independently compensate a Traveler for losses arising solely from the insolvency, bankruptcy, liquidation, closure, or operational failure of an independent Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, or other third-party service provider.
Article 13: Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
13.1 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Travelers may contact MyReservations.com Customer Support before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or other reversal through a card issuer, financial institution, or payment service provider. MyReservations.com Customer Support will review the inquiry and route chargeback and payment-dispute matters concerning a hotel transaction to Nuitee Travel Limited for merchant-side administration and processing.
Many reservation or payment concerns may be capable of resolution through customer support without the need to initiate a formal payment dispute.
MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler by reviewing the circumstances of the Booking and providing relevant Booking, support, and transaction information to Nuitee Travel Limited. Nuitee, as Merchant of Record for the applicable Pay Now Booking, is responsible for responding to, contesting, accepting, or otherwise processing the chargeback or payment dispute, directly or through its payment processor or payment service provider.
Nothing in this Article prevents a Traveler from exercising any chargeback, payment dispute, or other consumer right available under applicable law or applicable payment network rules.
13.2 Chargebacks That May Not Be Warranted
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically establish that a charge was unauthorized, invalid, or Refundable.
Examples of circumstances that may not, by themselves, justify a chargeback include:
- dissatisfaction with properly disclosed Hotel or Property Policies;
- dissatisfaction with room location or other preferences that were not guaranteed;
- dissatisfaction with disclosed amenities or Property characteristics;
- refusal to comply with applicable cancellation terms;
- cancellation of a non-Refundable Booking;
- failure to cancel within the applicable cancellation period;
- a no-show reservation;
- an early departure;
- pricing, taxes, fees, or other charges properly disclosed before purchase; or
- other circumstances where the Booking and charge were validly authorized and the applicable services were made available in accordance with the Booking Terms.
The applicable Merchant of Record may contest or respond to a chargeback or payment dispute where it reasonably determines that the transaction was valid, authorized, or otherwise properly charged.
13.3 Continued Responsibility for Valid Charges
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not, by itself, eliminate a Traveler's responsibility for a valid and properly authorized charge.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in favor of the Merchant of Record, the Traveler remains responsible for amounts lawfully due in connection with the applicable Booking.
Any recovery of additional administrative costs, collection expenses, legal fees, or other amounts will be subject to the applicable Booking Terms and applicable law.
13.4 Fraudulent or Abusive Chargebacks
Travelers must not knowingly initiate false, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes.
Where the Company reasonably believes that a Traveler has engaged in fraudulent or abusive payment dispute activity, the Company may, subject to applicable law:
- restrict or suspend the Traveler's account;
- restrict access to the Platform;
- decline to facilitate future Bookings;
- request additional verification;
- preserve relevant reservation and account records;
- provide relevant information to the applicable Merchant of Record or payment service provider; and
- take other reasonable measures to protect the Platform, Travelers, and participating service providers.
The applicable Merchant of Record may separately exercise its rights relating to the payment transaction, including responding to or contesting a chargeback, directly or through its payment processor or payment service provider.
13.5 Reservation and Transaction Records
In connection with a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud investigation, or other transaction-related inquiry, the Company may maintain and, where appropriate, provide relevant records to the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, payment processor, payment service provider, card issuer, financial institution, Hotel, Supplier, or other authorized party.
Such records may include, as applicable:
- Booking details;
- Booking Confirmations;
- cancellation terms;
- rate conditions;
- Hotel or Property Policies;
- payment and transaction-related information available to the Company;
- customer support communications;
- cancellation or modification requests;
- Refund information;
- IP address, device, authentication, or other security information where lawfully collected; and
- other records reasonably relevant to the dispute.
Any collection, use, retention, or disclosure of personal information in connection with a chargeback or payment dispute will be subject to the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13.6 Refunds and Chargebacks
A Traveler should not knowingly seek or retain duplicate recovery for the same amount through both a Refund and a chargeback or payment dispute.
Where a Refund has already been issued or is being processed, the Traveler should provide accurate information concerning that Refund in connection with any related payment dispute.
Where a chargeback, Refund, reversal, or other payment adjustment affects a Booking, any associated cashback, dining reward, retail reward, credit, or promotional benefit may be adjusted, withheld, reversed, cancelled, or recovered in accordance with the applicable rewards program terms.
Article 14: Hotel Policies & Property Requirements
14.1 Hotel Policies
Each Booking is subject to the policies, procedures, restrictions, and operational requirements established by the applicable Hotel or Property.
Such policies may vary by Property and may include:
- minimum age requirements;
- occupancy restrictions;
- pet policies;
- smoking restrictions;
- check-in requirements;
- check-out requirements;
- security deposits;
- incidental deposits;
- parking policies;
- visitor policies;
- conduct requirements;
- accessibility procedures; and
- other Property-specific requirements.
Applicable Hotel or Property Policies may be supplied to MyReservations.com by the Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other Inventory Provider and may be displayed during the Booking process, included in the Booking Confirmation, or otherwise communicated to the Traveler.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable Hotel and Property Policies.
The Company does not create, control, modify, or enforce Hotel or Property Policies. Hotels retain authority over operational decisions affecting guest stays, subject to applicable law.
14.1A Consequences of Noncompliance
A Traveler's or guest's failure to comply with applicable Booking Terms, properly disclosed Hotel or Property Policies, or other properly disclosed requirements of the Booking Provider, contracting party, Hotel, or Supplier may, depending on the circumstances, result in:
- partial or complete forfeiture of amounts paid;
- loss of eligibility for a Refund;
- additional charges, damage charges, penalties, or other amounts authorized by the applicable terms;
- removal from or denial of access to the Property;
- delayed or denied check-in;
- cancellation or modification of the Booking;
In each case only to the extent permitted by the applicable terms and applicable law.
The Hotel, Booking Provider, contracting party, Supplier, or other party possessing the relevant contractual or operational authority is responsible for deciding and enforcing such consequences. MyReservations.com may provide customer support and facilitate communications but does not acquire that third party's authority or responsibility by doing so.
14.2 Check-In Requirements
Hotels may require Travelers or other registered guests to present:
- government-issued photo identification;
- a valid payment card;
- a Booking Confirmation or reservation number;
- proof of age;
- proof of residency; or
- additional information or documentation required by the Hotel.
The name on the Booking may be required to correspond with the identification presented at check-in.
Failure to satisfy applicable Hotel or Property requirements may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Where a Traveler experiences a check-in issue, the Traveler may contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance. MyReservations.com may coordinate with the applicable Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other service provider in an effort to assist the Traveler.
The Company is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a Traveler's failure to satisfy properly disclosed Hotel or Property requirements, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
14.3 Security Deposits and Incidental Charges
Hotels may require:
- security deposits;
- incidental deposits;
- payment card authorizations; or
- other amounts or payment guarantees at check-in or during the Traveler's stay.
Such amounts are imposed and administered by the Hotel and are separate from amounts collected by the Merchant of Record for the Booking unless expressly disclosed otherwise.
The Company does not determine or control:
- Hotel deposit amounts;
- authorization holds imposed by the Hotel;
- the timing of release of Hotel authorization holds or deposits;
- incidental charges imposed by the Hotel; or
- other amounts charged directly by the Hotel in connection with the Traveler's stay.
Travelers may contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance with a Hotel-related issue. However, matters involving a security deposit, authorization hold, or incidental charge imposed directly by the Hotel may require action or resolution by the Hotel or the Traveler's card issuer or financial institution.
14.4 Occupancy Restrictions
Hotels establish occupancy limits based on factors including:
- room type;
- local laws or regulations;
- fire and safety requirements; and
- Hotel or Property operational policies.
Travelers are responsible for accurately identifying the number of guests, and where requested the ages of guests, associated with the Booking.
Hotels may refuse or restrict occupancy where applicable occupancy limits are exceeded.
Additional or undisclosed guests may result in:
- additional charges;
- room reassignment;
- a requirement to obtain additional Accommodation; or
- cancellation or termination of the reservation where permitted by the applicable Hotel or Property Policies and applicable law.
Any additional charges imposed directly by the Hotel are separate from the original Booking transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.
14.5 Accessibility Accommodations
Accessibility information displayed through the Platform may be supplied by Hotels, Booking Providers, Suppliers, or other Inventory Providers.
The Company does not independently inspect or verify all accessibility information supplied by third parties.
Travelers requiring specific accessibility accommodations or features are encouraged to contact MyReservations.com Customer Support before completing a Booking where additional information or confirmation is required.
MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler in communicating accessibility questions or requests to the applicable Hotel, Booking Provider, or Supplier.
Unless expressly confirmed by the Hotel or other party authorized to provide the requested accommodation, specific accessibility features or accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
Accessibility standards, requirements, features, and accommodations may vary by jurisdiction and Property. Where a particular accessibility feature is essential to the Traveler's stay, the Traveler is encouraged to obtain confirmation before travel.
The Company does not control a Hotel's maintenance or provision of accessibility features or accommodations and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for a Hotel's failure to provide, maintain, or accurately describe such features or accommodations.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining appropriate information from relevant governmental authorities before travel.
15.2 Travel Advisories and Entry Restrictions
Travel advisories, border requirements, health requirements, entry restrictions, visa requirements, and governmental rules may change at any time, including after a Booking has been completed.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing current information issued by appropriate governmental, consular, immigration, health, or other competent authorities before and during travel.

- border closures;
- documentation deficiencies; or
- a Traveler's failure to satisfy applicable travel, health, immigration, customs, or entry requirements.
A Traveler's inability or decision not to travel because of an entry, documentation, health, or other travel requirement does not, by itself, create a right to cancel a Booking or receive a Refund.
Any cancellation or Refund remains subject to the applicable Booking Terms and applicable law.
Where a Refund is available, MyReservations.com Customer Support will review and process the approved Refund through the systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.

- trip cancellation or interruption;
- medical emergencies;
- emergency evacuation;
- travel delays;

- technology, hosting, and infrastructure providers;
- reservation and distribution systems;

The involvement of a third-party service provider does not, by itself, mean that the Company owns, operates, controls, supervises, or endorses that third party or its products, services, systems, content, policies, or business operations.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, policies, restrictions, privacy notices, or other requirements imposed by the applicable third party.
In connection with a Booking, certain third parties perform specific functions as described elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions. In particular:

The Company does not control and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, does not assume responsibility for:
- independent third-party websites;

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions, no right, title, license, or interest in or to the Platform or any Company-owned intellectual property is granted to a Traveler or other user.
The Company may suspend or revoke the limited license granted under this Article where the Platform is used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

The Company does not independently inspect or verify all information received through such distribution channels.
18.2 Accuracy of Supplier and Property Information
The Company uses information received from Hotels, Booking Providers, Suppliers, Inventory Providers, and other third-party sources in operating the Platform and facilitating Bookings.
Although commercially reasonable efforts may be made to display information accurately, the Company does not guarantee that all third-party information will at all times be complete, current, accurate, or free from transmission or synchronization errors.
Information supplied by third parties may contain or be affected by:
- inaccuracies;

- outdated information;
- transmission errors;
- synchronization issues;
- formatting or display errors;

Property and reservation information may change without notice.
The Company does not independently warrant or guarantee the condition, maintenance, cleanliness, sanitation, pest-control status, environmental conditions, accessibility features, safety features, suitability, or overall quality of any Accommodation, Hotel, or Property.
Such matters remain principally within the responsibility and control of the applicable Hotel, Property, accommodation provider, or other responsible party.
18.3 Pricing, Availability and Booking Terms
Pricing, availability, cancellation terms, occupancy requirements, room descriptions, and other Booking information may change dynamically as information is received or updated through the applicable Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, or reservation system.
Information displayed during a search does not guarantee that the same rate, room, availability, or Booking Terms will remain available until the Booking has been successfully completed and a Booking Confirmation has been issued or transmitted.
The terms and information applicable to the confirmed Booking will be those presented or incorporated into the Booking at the time it is completed and reflected in or associated with the Booking Confirmation, subject to correction of errors as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
18.4 Website Content and Display Errors
The Platform may contain:

MyReservations.com may investigate the discrepancy and, where appropriate, coordinate with the applicable Booking Provider, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, or other service provider.
Where a discrepancy results in an approved cancellation, Refund, or other payment adjustment, MyReservations.com Customer Support will process the approved adjustment through the systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.
Article 19: Hotel Ratings and Classifications Disclaimer
19.1 Sources of Ratings and Classifications
Hotel and Property ratings, classifications, rankings, awards, star ratings, guest ratings, and similar designations displayed through the Platform may originate from third parties, including:
- Hotels and Properties;
- Booking Providers;
- Suppliers and Inventory Providers;
- tourism authorities;
- governmental agencies;
- independent rating or classification organizations; and
- other third-party providers.
Such ratings or classifications may be transmitted to MyReservations.com through one or more Booking Providers, Suppliers, Inventory Providers, distribution systems, or other third-party sources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company does not independently assign or establish Hotel or Property ratings or classifications displayed through the Platform.
19.2 Differences Between Rating Systems
Hotel classification and rating systems may vary significantly between countries, jurisdictions, organizations, Booking Providers, Suppliers, and other rating sources.
A star rating, classification, ranking, or other designation displayed for one Property may therefore not be directly comparable to a similar rating or designation assigned to another Property by a different organization, provider, or jurisdiction.
Different rating systems may apply different criteria, methodologies, standards, or review processes.
19.3 No Guarantee of Ratings
The Company does not independently:
- establish third-party rating criteria;
- inspect Properties for the purpose of assigning third-party ratings;
- verify all ratings or classifications;
- guarantee the accuracy or currency of ratings;
- guarantee consistency among different rating systems; or
- guarantee that a Traveler's personal assessment of a Property will correspond with a displayed rating or classification.
Ratings and classifications are provided for informational and comparison purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular experience, standard, feature, service, or condition.
19.4 Ratings Are Not Warranties
No rating, ranking, award, classification, star designation, or similar information displayed through the Platform constitutes a representation or warranty by the Company regarding the quality, suitability, safety, cleanliness, condition, accessibility, amenities, services, or other characteristics of a Hotel, Property, or Accommodation.
Travelers should consider the available Property information, Booking Terms, Hotel policies, amenities, location, and their individual requirements when selecting Accommodation and should not rely exclusively upon a rating or classification.
19.5 Changes and Discrepancies
Ratings, classifications, rankings, and similar designations may change from time to time and may not always be updated simultaneously across all Booking Providers, Suppliers, Inventory Providers, distribution systems, or other third-party sources.
Where MyReservations.com becomes aware of a material error or discrepancy in rating or classification information displayed through the Platform, the Company may update or correct the applicable information.
A change in or disagreement with a Hotel or Property rating does not, by itself, create a right to cancel a confirmed Booking or receive a Refund. Any cancellation or Refund remains subject to the applicable Booking Terms and applicable law.
MyReservations.com Customer Support may investigate a material discrepancy and will process any resulting approved Refund or payment adjustment through the systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.

The Company does not independently inspect or continuously monitor Properties for construction, renovation, or maintenance activity and cannot guarantee that information supplied by third parties concerning such activities will always be complete, current, or accurate.
Construction or maintenance activity may commence, continue, expand, change, or conclude without prior notice to the Company or the Traveler.
20.3 Effect on a Traveler's Stay
Construction, renovation, maintenance, or refurbishment may result in inconvenience, disruption, noise, altered views, temporary closure of facilities, reduced access to amenities, or other changes affecting a Traveler's stay.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for inconvenience, disruption, dissatisfaction, loss of enjoyment, or reduced access arising from construction, renovation, maintenance, or refurbishment activities that are outside the Company's control.
Nothing in this Section excludes responsibility for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20.4 Material Changes Affecting a Booking
Where construction, renovation, maintenance, or other Property activity results in a material change to the Accommodation or services associated with a confirmed Booking, the Traveler may contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance.

The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.

21.4 Amenity Fees and Hotel-Direct Charges
Certain amenities or services may be subject to additional fees or charges imposed directly by the Hotel or Property.
Unless expressly included in the Booking price, such charges may be separate from the amount collected by the Merchant of Record for the Booking and may be payable directly to the Hotel.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the information available during the Booking process and any applicable Hotel or Property policies concerning amenity fees or additional charges.
21.5 Amenity Unavailability and Traveler Remedies
Temporary or permanent unavailability, modification, restriction, or closure of an amenity does not, by itself, automatically entitle a Traveler to a Refund, credit, compensation, or cancellation of a confirmed Booking, except where otherwise provided by the applicable Booking Terms or required by applicable law.
Where the unavailability of a material amenity significantly affects a Traveler's confirmed Booking, the Traveler may contact MyReservations.com Customer Support for assistance.
MyReservations.com may assist by communicating with the applicable Hotel, Booking Provider, Supplier, or other responsible party and determining whether a cancellation, alternative Accommodation, credit, Refund, or other resolution may be available.

This Section should be read together with Article 18 — Supplier Data Accuracy Disclaimer.
22.5 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

22.7 Cybersecurity and Data Transmission Disclaimer
The Company maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and security measures designed to protect information and Platform operations.
However, no website, platform, network, database, system, electronic transmission, or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
The Company does not warrant or guarantee that unauthorized access, cyberattacks, hacking incidents, malware, viruses, ransomware events, service interruptions, data breaches, system failures, transmission failures, or other security incidents will never occur.
The Platform also relies upon third-party systems and service providers, which may include Booking Providers, Merchants of Record, payment processors or payment service providers, hosting providers, technology providers, Hotels, Suppliers, and Inventory Providers. The Company does not control the security or continuous operation of independent third-party systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for losses arising solely from security incidents, unauthorized access, transmission failures, or cybersecurity events occurring within systems controlled by independent third parties, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or the loss results from an act or omission for which the Company is legally responsible.
The Company's collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is further governed by the applicable Privacy Policy.
Article 23: Limitation of Liability
23.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages arising out of or relating to:
- use of or inability to use the Platform;
- any Booking;
- Accommodation or on-property services;
- Hotel or Property conditions;
- acts or omissions of Hotels, Booking Providers, Suppliers, Inventory Providers, or other independent third parties;
- cancellations, modifications, overbookings, or inventory discrepancies;
- travel delays or disruptions;
- interruptions or failures involving independent third-party systems or services;
- payment-processing issues occurring within systems controlled by the Merchant of Record or an independent payment processor or payment service provider; or
- any other matter arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this Article excludes liability arising from an act or omission of the Company for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
23.2 Excluded Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business opportunities;
- loss of goodwill;
- loss of data;
- indirect economic loss;
- emotional distress;
- personal disappointment;
- travel inconvenience;
- replacement travel expenses; or
- other indirect or consequential losses, arising from or relating to the Platform, a Booking, Accommodation services, or the acts or omissions of an independent third party, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
23.3 Maximum Liability of the Company
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Company arising out of or relating to a specific Booking, the Travel Services provided by the Company in connection with that Booking, use of the Platform, or these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the total amount paid by the Traveler for the specific Booking giving rise to the claim; or
(b) One Hundred United States Dollars (US $100.00).
For purposes of this Section, the reference to the amount paid by the Traveler for the specific Booking is used solely to establish the applicable limitation of liability and does not mean that the Booking amount was paid to, received by, or processed by the Company.
The disclosed Merchant of Record is responsible for arranging for, processing, and collecting the Traveler's payment for the Booking, directly or through an applicable payment processor or payment service provider, as described elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions. The Merchant of Record may, but need not, be the Booking Provider or contracting party for the applicable Booking.
This limitation applies only to the liability of the Company and does not determine or limit any separate liability or obligation of a Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, payment processor, or other third party under its applicable terms or applicable law.
23.4 Third-Party Services
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, bankruptcy, service failures, operational failures, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, system failures, or other conduct of an independent:
- Hotel or Property;
- Booking Provider;
- Merchant of Record;
- Supplier;
- Inventory Provider;
- payment processor or payment service provider;
- transportation provider; or
- other third-party service provider.
Nothing in this Section relieves the Company of responsibility for its own acts or omissions to the extent responsibility is imposed upon the Company by applicable law.
Where a third-party issue affects a Booking made through MyReservations.com, the Company may nevertheless provide customer support and assist the Traveler in communicating or coordinating with the applicable third party.
Providing such assistance does not make the Company responsible for the underlying acts, omissions, obligations, or liabilities of that third party.
23.5 Force Majeure and Events Beyond the Company's Control
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, failures, losses, or damages resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- severe or extreme weather;
- fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural events;
- acts or orders of governmental or regulatory authorities;
- public health emergencies;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- labor disputes or strikes;
- civil unrest;
- war, armed conflict, or terrorism;
- transportation disruptions;
- utility or telecommunications outages;
- internet or technology failures;
- failures of independent Booking Provider, Supplier, Inventory Provider, Merchant of Record, or payment-processing systems; or
- other events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Where such an event affects a confirmed Booking, MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler in determining whether cancellation, modification, alternative Accommodation, Refund, credit, or another remedy is available under the applicable Booking Terms or applicable law.
MyReservations.com Customer Support will process any approved or required Refund or payment adjustment through the systems made available for that purpose. The applicable Merchant of Record and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete the merchant-side execution and settlement.
23.6 Applicable Law and Non-Excludable Liability
Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, damages, remedies, or liabilities.
Accordingly, the exclusions and limitations contained in this Article shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.
Nothing in this Article limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available to a Traveler under applicable law.
Article 24: Indemnification
24.1 Traveler Indemnification Obligation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Traveler agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
- the Traveler's material violation of these Terms & Conditions;
- misuse of the Platform;
- fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity by the Traveler;
- materially inaccurate, false, or misleading information provided by the Traveler;
- unauthorized or improper use of an account by the Traveler;
- violation of applicable laws or regulations by the Traveler;
- infringement or violation by the Traveler of the rights of another person or entity;
- misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent use of a Rewards Program;
- fraudulent or abusive chargeback or payment-dispute activity;
- damage caused by the Traveler or the Traveler's guests to a Hotel, Property, Accommodation, or third-party property; or
- any other wrongful act or omission of the Traveler in connection with the Platform, a Booking, Accommodation, or Travel Services.
24.2 Third-Party Claims
The indemnification obligation in Section 24.1 may apply where a claim is asserted against the Company by a Hotel, Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Supplier, Inventory Provider, payment processor or payment service provider, governmental authority, or other third party as a result of conduct by the Traveler described in Section 24.1.
For clarity, the identification of a third party in this Section does not make that third party a beneficiary of the Traveler's indemnification obligation unless expressly provided in the applicable agreement or required by applicable law.
24.3 Indemnification Procedure
Where the Company seeks indemnification under this Article, the Company will provide the Traveler with reasonable notice of the applicable claim, to the extent reasonably practicable.
The Company may assume control of the defense or settlement of a claim involving the Company's legal rights, interests, reputation, or potential liability.
The Traveler agrees to provide reasonable cooperation in connection with the defense or resolution of any claim subject to indemnification under this Article.
The Traveler shall not enter into any settlement that:
- imposes liability or an obligation upon the Company;
- requires an admission of wrongdoing by the Company;
- affects the Company's legal rights; or
- requires payment or other performance by the Company without the Company's prior written consent.
24.4 Limitations on Indemnification
The Traveler's indemnification obligations under this Article do not apply to the extent that a claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense results from:
- the Company's own fraud or willful misconduct;
- an act or omission of the Company for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred; or
- any other matter for which indemnification by the Traveler is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in this Article limits any mandatory consumer right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, or restricted.
24.5 Survival
The obligations contained in this Article survive completion or cancellation of a Booking, suspension or termination of an account, cessation of Platform use, and termination of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
Article 25: Governing Law
25.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, the Traveler's use of the Platform, the Travel Services provided by the Company, the Company's acts or omissions, if any, in making Rewards Programs available through the Platform, and any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or the relationship between the Traveler and the Company, including the Company's facilitation and support of a Booking, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
25.2 Booking Provider and Merchant of Record Terms
A Booking made through the Platform may create a separate contractual relationship between the Traveler and the disclosed Booking Provider or other contracting party. Governing-law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution provisions applicable specifically to that relationship are governed by the applicable Booking Terms and applicable law.
25.3 Mandatory Consumer Protection Laws
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall deprive a Traveler of any mandatory consumer right, remedy, guarantee, or protection that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
Where the law of a Traveler's jurisdiction provides mandatory consumer protections that apply notwithstanding the Delaware governing-law provision in Section 25.1, those protections will apply to the extent required by law.
25.4 International Travelers
Travelers accessing or using the Platform from jurisdictions outside the United States are responsible for complying with applicable local laws to the extent those laws apply to their use of the Platform.
The availability of the Platform in a particular country or jurisdiction does not constitute a representation that all Platform content, Travel Services, Accommodations, Rewards Programs, or other services are appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Section limits any rights or protections available to a Traveler under mandatory applicable law.
Article 26: Binding Arbitration
26.1 Agreement to Arbitrate
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action between the Traveler and the Company arising out of or relating to:
- these Terms & Conditions;
- the Platform;
- the Traveler's use of the Platform;
- the Company's facilitation or support of a Booking;
- Travel Services provided by the Company;
- the Company's acts or omissions, if any, in making Rewards Programs available through the Platform;
- customer support interactions;
- the Company's acts or omissions in connection with a Booking; or
- any relationship between the Traveler and the Company,
shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than in court, except as otherwise provided in this Article or where prohibited by applicable law.
For clarity, this arbitration agreement applies to disputes between the Traveler and the Company. It does not, by itself, govern a dispute solely between the Traveler and an independent Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, payment processor, or other third party. Any dispute-resolution terms applicable to such a separate relationship are governed by the applicable third-party terms and applicable law.
26.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, the Traveler and the Company agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally.
The party asserting the dispute must provide the other party with written notice describing the nature and basis of the dispute and the relief requested and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution before commencing arbitration.
Notices to the Company under this Section may be sent to:
Get Feedz, Inc.
203 South Lake Drive
Belmar, NJ 07719
United States
Email: legal@myreservations.com
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief where delay would materially prejudice that party's rights or where applicable law permits a proceeding without prior informal resolution.
26.3 Arbitration Procedure
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified by these Terms & Conditions and except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree to another language.
The arbitrator shall have authority to resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, except to the extent applicable law requires a court to determine a particular issue.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the arbitration shall be deemed to take place in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
To the extent permitted under the applicable AAA rules and applicable law, arbitration may be conducted remotely, by telephone, videoconference, written submissions, or other appropriate means without requiring the Traveler to travel to Delaware.
26.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
Nothing in this Article prevents either the Traveler or the Company from:
- pursuing an eligible individual claim in small claims court;
- seeking temporary, preliminary, or emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending arbitration;
- seeking relief concerning infringement, misuse, or misappropriation of intellectual property rights; or
- exercising any right to pursue a claim in court where applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration of that claim.
26.5 Arbitration Award
The arbitrator may award any individual relief or remedy available under applicable law and within the scope of the arbitrator's authority.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, subject to any review or challenge permitted under applicable arbitration law.
An arbitration award may be entered and enforced as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
26.6 Booking Provider and Merchant of Record Disputes
A Booking made through the Platform may create a separate contractual relationship between the Traveler and the disclosed Booking Provider or other contracting party.
A dispute arising solely from the acts, omissions, payment obligations, merchant-side Refund execution or settlement, chargeback administration, or other contractual responsibilities of a Booking Provider, contracting party, or Merchant of Record is subject to the dispute-resolution provisions applicable to that separate relationship and applicable law.
Where a matter involves both the Company and a Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or other third party, this Article governs the resolution of claims asserted against the Company to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
MyReservations.com may continue to assist the Traveler with customer support or coordination relating to the underlying Booking notwithstanding the existence of a dispute.
26.7 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Article requires arbitration where mandatory applicable law gives the Traveler a non-waivable right to pursue the applicable claim before a court, tribunal, governmental authority, consumer-protection body, or other forum.
If any portion of this Article is determined to be invalid or unenforceable as applied to a particular claim or Traveler, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Article 27: Class Action Waiver
27.1 Individual Proceedings
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Traveler and the Company agree that any dispute, claim, controversy, arbitration, or proceeding between the Traveler and the Company arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, the Company's facilitation or support of a Booking, Travel Services provided by the Company, the Company's acts or omissions, if any, in making Rewards Programs available through the Platform, customer support interactions, or the relationship between the Traveler and the Company shall be brought and resolved solely on an individual basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Traveler nor the Company may bring or participate in such a dispute as:
- a class action;
- a collective action;
- a representative action;
- a private attorney general action;
- a consolidated action involving claims of multiple unrelated persons; or
- any other class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
27.2 Waiver of Class or Representative Participation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Traveler and the Company knowingly agree to waive any right to participate as a plaintiff, claimant, class member, representative party, or private attorney general in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action against the other.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, an arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim.
27.3 Booking Provider and Merchant of Record
This Class Action Waiver applies to disputes between the Traveler and the Company.
It does not, by itself, govern a dispute solely between the Traveler and an independent Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, payment processor or payment service provider, or other third party.
Any class action waiver, collective-action waiver, representative-action waiver, or similar provision applicable to a separate contractual relationship between the Traveler and a Booking Provider or Merchant of Record is governed by the applicable third-party terms and applicable law.
27.4 Mandatory Rights and Severability
Nothing in this Article waives or restricts a right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.
If any portion of this Class Action Waiver is determined to be invalid or unenforceable as applied to a particular claim or Traveler, that portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent legally permissible.
Article 28: Jury Trial Waiver
28.1 Waiver of Jury Trial
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND EACH TRAVELER KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, CONTROVERSY, OR PROCEEDING BETWEEN THE TRAVELER AND THE COMPANY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
- THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS;
- THE PLATFORM OR THE TRAVELER'S USE OF THE PLATFORM;
- THE COMPANY'S FACILITATION OR SUPPORT OF A BOOKING;
- ANY TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY;
- THE COMPANY'S ACTS OR OMISSIONS, IF ANY, IN MAKING A REWARDS PROGRAM AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM;
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERACTIONS;
- THE COMPANY'S ACTS OR OMISSIONS IN CONNECTION WITH A BOOKING; OR
- THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE TRAVELER AND THE COMPANY.
THIS WAIVER APPLIES WHETHER A CLAIM IS ASSERTED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, EQUITY, OR OTHERWISE.
28.2 Relationship to Binding Arbitration
This Article applies to any dispute between the Traveler and the Company that is permitted or required to proceed in court notwithstanding Article 26 — Binding Arbitration, including any claim determined not to be subject to arbitration or any proceeding relating to the enforcement of an arbitration award, to the extent a jury trial waiver is permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Article expands the jurisdiction of any court or creates a right to litigate a dispute that is otherwise subject to binding arbitration under Article 26.
28.3 Booking Provider and Merchant of Record
This Jury Trial Waiver applies to disputes between the Traveler and the Company.
It does not, by itself, govern a dispute solely between the Traveler and an independent Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, payment processor or payment service provider, or other third party.
Any jury trial waiver applicable to a separate contractual relationship between the Traveler and a Booking Provider or Merchant of Record is governed by the applicable third-party terms and applicable law.
28.4 Mandatory Rights and Enforceability
Nothing in this Article waives or restricts any right to a jury trial that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
If any portion of this Jury Trial Waiver is determined to be invalid or unenforceable as applied to a particular claim or Traveler, that portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent legally permissible.
Article 29: General Legal Provisions
29.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between the Traveler and the Company regarding use of the Platform, Travel Services provided by the Company, the Company's facilitation and support of Bookings, and the Company's acts or omissions, if any, in making Rewards Programs available through the Platform.
Each Booking is also subject to the Booking Terms, Booking Confirmation, applicable Hotel or Property Policies, and the terms of the disclosed Booking Provider, contracting party, and Merchant of Record. Those documents govern the Traveler's separate relationship with the applicable third party and do not expand the Company's responsibilities unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise.
If these documents conflict, mandatory applicable law controls; the Booking Terms control the applicable reservation and payment transaction; applicable Rewards Program terms control the relevant rewards benefit; and these Terms & Conditions control the Traveler's relationship with the Company.
29.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by a court, arbitrator, governmental authority, or other body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or void, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Where legally permissible, an invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intended purpose as closely as possible.
29.3 No Waiver
Failure or delay by the Company in exercising or enforcing any right, remedy, or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right, remedy, or provision or of any other right, remedy, or provision.
Any waiver by the Company must be in writing and authorized by an authorized representative of the Company.
A waiver relating to one event, breach, or circumstance shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent event, breach, or circumstance.
29.4 Assignment
The Company may assign, transfer, delegate, or subcontract its rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions in connection with:
- a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or corporate restructuring;
- a sale or transfer of all or substantially all of its business or assets;
- a transfer to an affiliate or successor;
- a change in the operation or ownership of the Platform; or
- another legitimate business purpose, subject to applicable law.
The Company may also engage independent service providers to perform functions in connection with the Platform and Travel Services without such engagement constituting an assignment of these Terms & Conditions.
Travelers may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without the Company's prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
29.5 Relationship of the Parties
Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions creates a:
- partnership;
- joint venture;
- employment relationship; or
- fiduciary relationship;
between the Company and any Traveler.
The Traveler's use of the Platform and the Company's facilitation or support of a Booking do not create any relationship between the Company and the Traveler other than the contractual relationship expressly established by these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this Section changes a separate contractual relationship between the Traveler and the disclosed Booking Provider, contracting party, or Merchant of Record for a Booking.
29.6 Survival
The provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature are intended to survive completion or termination shall survive, including, as applicable:
- accrued payment or reimbursement obligations;
- intellectual property provisions;
- warranty disclaimers;
- limitation of liability provisions;
- indemnification obligations;
- governing-law provisions;
- dispute-resolution provisions;
- arbitration provisions;
- class action waiver provisions;
- jury trial waiver provisions; and
- any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive.
Such provisions shall survive, as applicable:
- completion of a Booking;
- cancellation of a Booking;
- account suspension or termination;
- cessation of Platform use; and
- termination of these Terms & Conditions.
29.7 Interpretation
Headings are provided solely for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
Words such as "including," "include," "includes," and similar terms shall be interpreted as meaning "including without limitation."
Words in the singular include the plural where the context permits, and words in the plural include the singular where appropriate.
References to an Article or Section are references to an Article or Section of these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated.
29.8 Electronic Records and Communications
Electronic records, communications, Booking Confirmations, system logs, transaction records, account records, customer support records, security records, and other electronically stored information maintained by or on behalf of the Company may be retained and used in connection with:
- administration of the Platform;
- customer support;
- fraud prevention and security;
- regulatory or legal compliance;
- dispute resolution;
- investigations; and
- legal or administrative proceedings,
to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Electronic records received from or exchanged with a Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, payment processor or payment service provider, or other third party may also be used for these purposes where appropriate and legally permitted.
29.9 Language
The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions shall govern and control in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Translations may be provided for convenience and accessibility.
Nothing in this Section limits any language right or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
29.10 Notices
The Company may provide notices or communications to Travelers through one or more of the following methods, as appropriate:
- email;
- account notification;
- notice displayed through the Platform;
- website posting;
- Booking Confirmation;
- customer support communication; or
- other reasonable electronic means.
Travelers consent to receive notices and communications electronically to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Travelers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information associated with their account or Booking.
Notices to the Company shall be directed using the contact information set forth in Article 1, unless a different address or method is expressly specified for a particular type of notice.
Article 30: Contact Information
30.1 Customer Support
Travelers with questions, concerns, or requests relating to:
- a Booking;
- a Booking Confirmation;
- cancellation or modification of a Booking;
- a Refund request;
- Hotel or Property information;
- an issue occurring before, during, or after a stay;
- Rewards Programs;
- use of the Platform; or
- other customer service matters
should contact MyReservations.com Customer Support using the contact information set forth in Article 1.
MyReservations.com serves as the primary customer-facing support contact for Bookings made through the Platform and may assist Travelers in communicating or coordinating with the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, or other third party where necessary.
MyReservations.com Customer Support reviews, approves when permitted by the applicable Booking Terms, and processes Refunds through the systems made available for that purpose. Where another requested action requires authorization or action by the Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, or other responsible party, MyReservations.com may facilitate or coordinate the request.
For applicable Pay Now Bookings, Nuitee Travel Limited and its payment processor or payment service provider complete merchant-side execution and settlement of approved Refunds. Settlement and display timing may also depend on the applicable payment network, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
30.2 Legal and Privacy Inquiries

- the Privacy Policy;
- the Refund & Cancellation Policy;
- privacy or data-protection rights;

30.4 Updates to Contact Information
The Company may update its customer support, legal, privacy, mailing, telephone, or other contact information from time to time by posting updated information on the Platform or otherwise providing notice where required by applicable law.
Travelers should use the then-current contact information displayed on the Platform when contacting the Company.
30.5 Customer Support Requests and Response Times
MyReservations.com manages customer support requests through a support management system designed to document, prioritize, track, and address customer inquiries and booking-related matters.
Customer support requests may be prioritized according to the nature, urgency, and time sensitivity of the matter. Issues involving an active or imminent stay, including circumstances that may materially affect a Traveler's ability to check in or use a confirmed Booking, may receive priority over routine or non-urgent inquiries.
MyReservations.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to customer support requests in a timely manner. Response and resolution times may vary depending upon the nature and complexity of the request, customer support volumes, the responsiveness of the applicable Booking Provider, Merchant of Record, Hotel, Supplier, Inventory Provider, payment service provider, or other third party, system availability, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MyReservations.com.
Where resolution requires information, approval, or action from a third party, MyReservations.com may communicate or coordinate with the applicable party in an effort to assist the Traveler; however, the Company does not control and cannot guarantee the response time or performance of such third party.
Any response, action, escalation, or resolution timeframes established or communicated by MyReservations.com are service targets only and are not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing or required by applicable law.
30.6 Merchant of Record Contact
The applicable Booking Provider, contracting party, and Merchant of Record will be identified before the Traveler completes the Booking or becomes obligated to pay and may also be identified in the Booking Confirmation.
Where a Traveler contacts MyReservations.com concerning a matter that requires direct action by the Merchant of Record, MyReservations.com may provide appropriate assistance, coordinate the request, or direct the Traveler to the applicable Merchant of Record where necessary.
Nothing in this Section changes MyReservations.com's role as the primary customer-facing support contact for Bookings made through the Platform.

Get Feedz, Inc., through MyReservations.com, operates the customer-facing Platform and provides customer support for Bookings. For applicable Pay Now Bookings, Nuitee Travel Limited is the Merchant of Record for the hotel transaction. MyReservations.com Customer Support reviews cancellation and Refund requests, determines eligibility under the applicable Booking Terms, approves eligible Refunds, and processes approved Refunds through the booking and payment systems made available for that purpose. Nuitee and its payment processor or payment service provider complete merchant-side execution and settlement to the applicable payment method.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to reservations booked through MyReservations.com and related services operated by Get Feedz, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules governing:
- reservation cancellations;
- reservation modifications;
- refunds;
- credits and vouchers;
- no-shows;
- supplier cancellations;
- overbookings;
- payment disputes.
This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Company's Terms & Conditions. It must be read together with:
- the Terms & Conditions;
- the Privacy Policy;
- applicable Supplier terms;
- applicable Hotel or Property Policies; and
- the Booking Terms and Booking Confirmation for the applicable Booking.
If these documents conflict, mandatory applicable law controls; the Booking Terms and Booking Confirmation control the applicable reservation and payment transaction; Hotel or Property Policies control on-property requirements; this Policy controls the Company's cancellation and Refund procedures; and the Terms & Conditions otherwise control the Traveler's relationship with the Company.
Refund Policy — Section 1: General Principles
Not all reservations are refundable. Refund eligibility depends upon:
- the selected reservation rate;
- Hotel or Property Policies;
- Supplier terms;
- reservation timing;
- applicable law.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing cancellation conditions before completing a Booking.
Cancellation policies are generally displayed during:
- search results;
- rate selection;
- checkout;
- Booking Confirmation.
Refund Policy — Section 2: Flexible Booking
Bookings designated as flexible, with free cancellation and/or fully refundable may be cancelled without penalty, if cancelled before the applicable cancellation deadline.
Where cancelled before the deadline:
- the Booking will generally be cancelled;
- MyReservations.com Customer Support will process eligible Refunds to the original payment method through the systems made available for that purpose. Nuitee and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete merchant-side execution and settlement.
The cancellation deadline is determined by the applicable Hotel or Supplier and may vary by reservation.
After the deadline passes, cancellation penalties may apply.
Refund Policy — Section 3: Semi-Flexible Reservations
Certain Bookings permit cancellation subject to penalties.
Applicable penalties are determined by the Hotel or Supplier. Penalties may include:
- fixed fees;
- percentage-based fees;
- one-night charges;
- partial forfeiture of reservation amounts.
Where available, penalty information will generally be disclosed during the booking process.
Refund Policy — Section 4: Non-Refundable Reservations
Bookings designated as:
- Non-Refundable;
- Advance Purchase;
- Promotional;
- Restricted;
- Final Sale;
are generally NOT eligible for:
- refunds;
- credits;
- cancellation rights;
- modifications.
Failure to travel does not create a right to a refund.
No-show reservations are generally treated as non-refundable.
Exceptions may apply where:
- required by law;
- permitted by the applicable Booking Terms or Supplier terms; or
- approved by MyReservations.com Customer Support in accordance with the applicable Booking Terms or authorization received from the applicable Hotel, Supplier, Booking Provider, contracting party, or Merchant of Record.
Refund Policy — Section 5: Reservation Modifications
Modification requests may include:
- date changes;
- room type changes;
- occupancy changes;
- guest name corrections.
Modifications remain subject to:
- availability;
- Supplier approval;
- Hotel approval;
- rate restrictions.
Additional charges may apply.
MyReservations.com Customer Support will assist with modification requests, but a modification is not effective unless it is successfully processed and confirmed. Availability and any Hotel, Supplier, Booking Provider, contracting-party, or Merchant-of-Record approval requirements continue to apply.
Refund Policy — Section 6: No-Show Policy
A "No-Show" occurs when:
- a Traveler fails to check in;
- a Traveler fails to arrive on the reservation date;
- a reservation is not used without cancellation.
No-show reservations are generally subject to:
- full forfeiture;
- cancellation penalties;
- Supplier charges.
Refunds are generally unavailable for No-Shows unless required by law.
Refund Policy — Section 7: Early Departures
Hotels may impose penalties for:
- early departures;
- shortened stays;
- unused nights.
Such penalties are determined solely by the Hotel or Supplier.
The Company is not responsible for Hotel-imposed early departure charges.
Refund Policy — Section 8: Supplier or Hotel Cancellations
Occasionally, a Hotel or Supplier may cancel a reservation due to:
- operational issues;
- inventory errors;
- overbookings;
- force majeure events;
- property closures;
- insolvency;
- safety concerns.
Where a Hotel, Supplier, or Booking Provider cancels or materially affects a reservation, MyReservations.com Customer Support may:
- assist with alternative accommodations;
- facilitate re-accommodation;
- review, approve, and process eligible Refunds in accordance with the applicable Booking Terms.
Equivalent accommodations are not guaranteed.
Refund Policy — Section 9: Overbookings and Re-Accommodation
Accommodation inventory is dynamic and may be supplied through multiple distribution channels.
In rare circumstances, confirmed reservations may be affected by:
- overbookings;
- synchronization failures;
- inventory discrepancies;
- technical issues.
Where possible, the Company may assist in:
- identifying alternative accommodations;
- communicating with Suppliers;
- reviewing and processing eligible Refunds.
The Company does not guarantee:
- equivalent properties;
- identical amenities;
- identical room categories;
- identical pricing.
Refund Policy — Section 10: Refund Processing
MyReservations.com Customer Support reviews Refund requests, determines eligibility under the applicable Booking Terms, approves eligible Refunds, and processes approved Refunds through the booking and payment systems made available for that purpose. Approved Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
After MyReservations.com processes an approved Refund, execution and settlement timing may vary depending on:
- card issuers;
- banks;
- payment processors;
- foreign exchange processing;
- processing by Nuitee and its payment processor or payment service provider.
MyReservations.com does not control the time required for Nuitee, a payment processor or payment service provider, a card network, a card issuer, a bank, or another financial institution to execute, settle, or display an approved Refund after MyReservations.com has processed it.
CURRENCY FLUCTUATION
Where currency conversion occurs, refunded amounts may differ from original charges due to:
- exchange rate changes;
- settlement timing;
- banking practices;
- card issuer conversion policies.
The Company is not responsible for currency conversion differences.
Refund Policy — Section 11: Pay Now Bookings and Merchant of Record
For applicable Pay Now Bookings, Nuitee Travel Limited acts as Merchant of Record for the hotel transaction:
- MyReservations.com Customer Support reviews, approves, and processes eligible Refunds through the systems made available for that purpose;
- refund eligibility remains governed by applicable rate conditions;
- Nuitee and its payment processor or payment service provider complete merchant-side execution and settlement; and
- the hotel transaction will ordinarily appear on the Traveler's credit or debit card statement using the statement descriptor "myreservations-nuitee," subject to capitalization, spacing, truncation, or other formatting applied by the applicable payment processor, payment service provider, payment network, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
MyReservations.com's review, approval, and processing of a Refund does not make Get Feedz, Inc. the Merchant of Record and does not expand Refund rights beyond those provided under the applicable Booking Terms or applicable law.
Refund Policy — Section 12: Pay at Property Bookings
For Pay at Property Bookings:
- payment is generally collected directly by the Hotel or Supplier;
- Refund eligibility and payment execution may be controlled by the Hotel or Supplier;
- MyReservations.com Customer Support may facilitate communications but may not control a Hotel's or Supplier's decision or payment systems.
Travelers may be required to contact the Hotel directly regarding certain refund matters.
Refund Policy — Section 13: Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Travelers may contact MyReservations.com Customer Support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute concerning a hotel transaction.
MyReservations.com Customer Support will review the inquiry and route chargeback and payment-dispute matters, together with available Booking and transaction information, to Nuitee Travel Limited for merchant-side administration and processing.
Nuitee, as Merchant of Record for the applicable Pay Now Booking, may respond to, contest, accept, or otherwise process chargebacks involving:
- valid reservations;
- disclosed cancellation policies;
- no-show reservations;
- properly disclosed fees.
MyReservations.com may assist the Traveler and provide relevant reservation records or communications but does not adjudicate, submit, accept, or contest a chargeback on Nuitee's behalf unless expressly authorized to do so. Nothing in this Section limits rights available under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- account suspension;
- account termination;
- collection efforts;
- legal action where permitted.
Refund Policy — Section 14: Force Majeure Events
Refund obligations during extraordinary events may depend upon:
- applicable law;
- Supplier terms;
- Hotel or Property Policies;
- reservation terms.
Examples include:
- natural disasters;
- hurricanes;
- floods;
- earthquakes;
- pandemics;
- government restrictions;
- war;
- terrorism;
- labor disruptions.
The Company does not guarantee refunds solely because travel becomes undesirable, inconvenient, or more difficult.
Where a Refund is approved or required following a force majeure event, MyReservations.com Customer Support will process it through the systems made available for that purpose, and Nuitee and its payment processor or payment service provider will complete merchant-side execution and settlement.
Refund Policy — Section 15: Documents, Credits, and Vouchers
MyReservations.com may issue or make available Booking vouchers, credits, invoices, receipts, and other reservation-related documents where authorized. These documents may be generated through or on behalf of the applicable Booking Provider, contracting party, or Merchant of Record. Issuing such a document does not, by itself, make Get Feedz, Inc. the contracting party or Merchant of Record.
Refund Policy — Section 16: Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, limited, or excluded. Where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws provide a Traveler with additional rights or remedies, those rights and remedies will apply notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy.
