Protecting Your Privacy

IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM.

This Privacy Policy explains how Get Feedz, Inc. ("GFI," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), as operator of MyReservations.com, collects, uses, discloses, stores, transfers, and protects personal information. It also explains applicable privacy rights and choices.

Article 1: Introduction

MyReservations.com is operated by Get Feedz, Inc. GFI is committed to handling personal information responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable privacy laws when individuals search for Accommodation, complete or use a Booking, contact MyReservations.com Customer Support, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

This Privacy Policy primarily describes GFI's privacy practices as operator of MyReservations.com (the "Platform"). More Cashback Rewards, Inc. ("MCBR") may separately process personal information when providing dining rewards, cashback rewards, retail rewards, customer relationship management, analytics, marketing, or related services associated with the Platform. GFI and MCBR each process personal information for purposes within their respective roles, subject to applicable law and any applicable program terms.

This Privacy Policy applies to MyReservations.com and related services, including:

  • www.myreservations.com; and
  • related websites, applications, APIs, Booking technology, customer-support channels, and services operated by or on behalf of GFI.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • website visitors;
  • account holders;
  • Travelers;
  • customers;
  • Customer Support contacts;
  • marketing subscribers; and
  • participants in an applicable MCBR dining, cashback, or retail rewards program.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information may be collected, used, processed, stored, disclosed, and shared for purposes including:

  • facilitating, processing, confirming, fulfilling, modifying, and supporting Bookings;
  • providing Customer Support;
  • supporting applicable MCBR dining, cashback, and retail rewards programs;
  • maintaining customer relationships and providing applicable program communications;
  • fraud prevention and security;
  • compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • analytics and service improvement;
  • marketing communications (where permitted by law or with your consent); and
  • other purposes reasonably necessary to operate, support, and improve the Platform and related services.

GFI operates the customer-facing Platform and MyReservations.com Customer Support. For applicable Pay Now Bookings, Nuitee Travel Limited is the Merchant of Record for the hotel transaction. For a Pay at Property Booking, the Hotel or Supplier collecting payment is responsible for the corresponding payment transaction.

MCBR may provide dining rewards, cashback rewards, retail rewards, customer relationship management, analytics, marketing, and related services associated with the Platform. MCBR does not act as the Merchant of Record for Accommodation Bookings, process customer hotel-reservation payments, or act as the contracting party for Accommodation Bookings solely because it provides those services.

GFI and MCBR may disclose personal information to one another where reasonably necessary for their respective services, including customer support, applicable MCBR program administration, fraud prevention, security, analytics, marketing, and legal compliance. Each entity's processing remains limited to its applicable role and is subject to this Privacy Policy, applicable program terms, contractual safeguards, and applicable law.
