GFI operates the customer-facing Platform and MyReservations.com Customer Support. For applicable Pay Now Bookings, Nuitee Travel Limited is the Merchant of Record for the hotel transaction. 4.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Additional information is provided in the Privacy Policy and, where available, the Cookie preference tool.
Where required by law, these Cookies will only be used after obtaining the Traveler's Consent.

The Company uses certain Cookies and Similar Technologies to help maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Platform.
These technologies may be used to:
- authenticate users;
- identify suspicious activity;
- detect fraudulent transactions;
- identify unusual account behavior;
- protect customer accounts;
- safeguard reservation transactions;
- support payment verification processes;
- investigate suspected abuse;
- detect automated attacks;
- monitor system integrity; and
- protect the Company, Travelers, Hotels, Suppliers, and other legitimate users of the Platform.
Security and Fraud Prevention Cookies may be used without prior Consent only to the extent they are strictly necessary or otherwise exempt under applicable law. Where a security-related technology is not exempt, any legally required Consent will be obtained before it is used.

Operational Cookies are generally used for legitimate business purposes necessary to operate the Platform effectively.
An operational or administrative purpose does not, by itself, make a Cookie strictly necessary. Non-essential Operational Cookies remain subject to any notice and Consent requirements imposed by applicable law.
4.8 Future Technologies
As technology continues to evolve, the Company may introduce additional Cookies or Similar Technologies that support new Platform features, security enhancements, legal compliance, fraud prevention measures, accessibility improvements, or customer experience initiatives.
Where required by applicable law, the Company will provide appropriate notice and obtain any required Consent before deploying new categories of non-essential Cookies.
ARTICLE 5

ARTICLE 6
COOKIE MANAGEMENT AND YOUR CHOICES
6.1 Managing Cookie Preferences
Most internet browsers allow Travelers to manage, restrict, or disable Cookies through their browser settings.
Depending upon the browser or Device being used, Travelers may be able to:
- view Cookies stored on their Device;
- delete existing Cookies;
- block future Cookies;
- receive notifications before Cookies are placed;
- restrict certain categories of Cookies; or
- reset browser Cookie preferences.
Because browser functionality differs, Travelers should consult the help resources provided by the applicable browser developer for specific instructions.
6.2 Cookie Preference Tools
Where available, the Platform may provide a Cookie preference center or similar tool that allows Travelers to manage their preferences for non-essential Cookies.
The availability and functionality of such tools may vary depending on the Traveler's location, applicable legal requirements, and the services being accessed.
Traveler preferences will be respected to the extent required by applicable law and subject to technical limitations necessary for the operation of the Platform.
6.3 Effect of Disabling Cookies
Travelers may choose to disable or restrict certain Cookies.
However, disabling Cookies may affect the functionality, security, performance, or availability of certain features of the Platform.
Depending on the Cookies disabled, Travelers may experience:
- reduced website functionality;
- loss of saved preferences;
- interrupted booking sessions;
- inability to remain signed in;
- reduced personalization;
- limited access to certain services; or
- diminished performance of the Platform.
Strictly Necessary Cookies generally cannot be disabled because they are essential to the operation and security of the Platform.

Where the use of non-essential Cookies is based upon a Traveler's Consent, that Consent may generally be withdrawn at any time by:
- updating Cookie preferences through the Platform, where available;
- adjusting browser settings;
- deleting previously stored Cookies; or
- following other methods made available by the Company.
Withdrawal of Consent will not affect the lawfulness of Cookie processing that occurred before Consent was withdrawn.
6.5 Browser Privacy Signals
Some internet browsers provide a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature.
Because there is no universally applicable legal standard governing ordinary "Do Not Track" signals, the Platform may not respond to all DNT signals. This does not affect recognition of a legally required opt-out preference signal.
Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, including a qualifying Global Privacy Control signal, GFI will treat the signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information for the relevant browser or Device, subject to applicable law and available methods of associating the signal with an account.
