Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville East/Oxmoor

This is a great area in Louisville. The hotel is close to the mall. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very spacious. There is no daily housekeeping. There is a gym and a pool. Great standard breakfast selection. About 20 minute drive to Louisville downtown.

So many great things to say about this place. Start with the staff, super friendly and helpful, from the manager to the food staff. The rooms are clean and large, plenty of space for families or solo trips. The location is great, lots of things to do, including great restaurants and movie theaters. We feel so lucky to have found this place and we have been back several times now.

You will be immediately impressed by how welcoming and well-maintained the property is. The lobby and public areas are clean, inviting, and beautifully kept, creating a great first impression. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel welcome instantly. It’s clear this establishment takes great pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a beautiful property. The location is another great advantage—it’s in a convenient area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roadways, while also feeling safe and well-kept. I would highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a hotel in the Louisville area.
