The cleanliness of the property was good. However, my room was not cleaned once during my stay. The room was cleaned prior to checking in, but no time there after.
I placed my name on the list for the shuttle to the Aria Hotel for 7pm and when I came down at 7:02 the shuttle had left but there were also others waiting for the shuttle who had come down before 7 pm. Then the driver returned to pick everyone up and stated we could be picked up from Aria no later than 11 pm. I was at the pick up spot at 10:55 pm and watched the driver pull off before 11 pm. It was a different driver. I called the Hotel and they text the driver to come back. Once the driver came back, he stated we were suppose to reserve the pickup. Unfortunately, the previous driver did not communicate that to us. We were just told what time to be back.
