Convenient location for Newark Airport, train/path and Cape LibertyClean rooms with daily towel and amenity replenishmentComfortable beds and modern bathrooms/showersHelpful shuttle service and generally cordial reception staffGood on-site restaurant and decent breakfast offerings (when not considering price)
Worth noting
Mixed service experiences: some front-desk/café/parking staff described as cold or unfriendlyExtra charges (paid parking, high breakfast cost) affect perceived valueOccasional operational issues (shuttle timing early morning, broken ice machine)Lower-floor noise for some rooms; some rooms feel a bit tiredChildren's bedding configuration (bunk bed) unsafe/unsuitable in one report

The hotel is lovely, the room is incredibly spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was amazing.
We received mixed information regarding the airport shuttle. It does not run every 30 minutes prior to 7am, and we were told we had to be in the lobby an hour beforehand if we wanted to catch it at 5am as it could not be pre-booked and they needed to advise in advance that there were guests to pick up at the hotel. When we arrived in the lobby the shuttle was already parked at the doors, but we waited almost an hour until it actually left. This was not ideal when travelling early with children.

Quarto super confortável e limpo, café da manhã pago à parte mas bem completo. Localização nao amei a região, mas é segura. Estacionamento pago mas justo ao lado do hotel e seguro. Recepção muito cordial.
Funcionário do café é extremamente seco e frio. Os do estacionamento também.
