Great location, room could've been updated
The location was perfect for walking to all our destinations. Easy check-in and easy-check out. Breakfast at the hotel was good, paid on our room.
The bathroom paper holder was held on by a sharp screw, should've been replaced. The blinds were off the track and wouldn't go up or down, I fixed it myself. We checked in on a Tuesday and expected housekeeping on Thursday to replace towels etc. At 3pm they still had no shown up. I went to front desk and asked for towels and put our towels & trash outside our door. Half hour later a gentleman knocked on door and handed me towels. An hour and a half later housekeeping knocked and we told them the gentleman already dropped off towels (so our room was never actually seen by housekeeping) When we checked out we were not asked how our stay was or any questions, just given a receipt.
