Unfriendly staff
State of the art rooms and amenities with very comfortable beds.
Unfriendly and very distant staff, that watch you push through the heavy double entrance doors instead of helping out. Never smiled, never greeted, didn't provide any info on amenities, surroundings or else. Kept their effort to the slight minimum. Cleaning lady never returned the headphones I had left behind when checking out, despite flagging I had lost them.
