We loved the hotel. Everything was great except we went to get breakfast and they told us we had only 3 minutes to get our food. Our plane got in late.

Shuttle was righton time. Staff was very helpful. Food was okay. We would use it again!

The room was comfortable. It was very near the airport so noisy from the planes taking off and landing. The toilet paper was not soft, it was scratchy, and harsh against sensitive skin.

This Holiday Inn Express is one of the nicest hotels in that chain we have stayed at. Actually very nice compared to their competitors in the same category ie Hampton Inn etc. After being in Italy and enduring their very hard beds it was nice to get back to the US and stay in a nice place with a very comfortable bed! They have a very nice breakfast buffet and have shuttles to and from the airport so I don’t think you could ask for more when looking for a hotel/motel near the Portland airport.
