Hyatt Place Augusta

Great Location, Wonderful staff and great spacious rooms

Breakfast was really good

Bed not terrible but wasnt the most comfortable either.

The location was OK

Black lady that was doing breakfast was very nasty. She didn’t have a good attitude. I asked her for plastic plasticware. She didn’t want to give it to me. She didn’t wanna give out paper plates. I guess there’s a rule that you can’t take food to the room, I’ve never heard of that. I worked at Hilton for years almost 9 years and we don’t care what our customer takes to the room. The customer is ultimately our goal to satisfy the customer that’s not the case here they are horrible to the people. Lady that was there front desk. She was very nice very polite. Let me give her her flowers because she was very polite. She made everything correct she assured me that she would handle that situation and have a speak with the lady that was mean and nasty towards us both days about breakfast if she didn’t wanna serve breakfast, maybe she don’t need to be working in hospitality. There was a young lady that was there with her. I guess they were arguing and the lady was the young girl was trying to put up coffee or something, but the old lady had attitude towards her like she had a big ball and she run something. She don’t run anything but her mouth and for that reason, I would never stay there and I actually worked at that property during Covid. I would never go back and stay at that Hyatt place overall I give them a negative one but because of that one lady, I gave them a one.
