Guests loved
Friendly, attentive staff (multiple mentions of Ron and other team members)Clean, comfortable rooms with nice walk-in showersConvenient location near shopping, restaurants and the airportAffordable/pleasant value for many guestsPositive food item noted (lobby café breakfast burrito) and courteous culinary staff
Worth noting
On-site restaurant/bar closed during weekends/holidays for several guestsPool reported cloudy/off-color and not inviting for swimmersConfusion over breakfast inclusion and lack of complimentary lobby coffeeSome rooms need refurbishing (scuffed wallpaper, fraying furniture) and occasional uncomfortable bedOccasional lapses in front-desk professionalism and issues like 'hairy' towels

I love the staff and the cleanliness of the property. The showers are my favorite!!
I stayed here before and chose to stay here again due to an exam I had being in this city but I had trouble sleeping due to the AC as it started making loud noises and when I went to look, it was broken and had a piece sticking out. I did not complain as I needed to just try and sleep but it was disappointing as I needed a peaceful quiet night and that was an issue. I will also say the shower was not as clean as I hoped. I may be very particular but I picked this spot because it matched what I like. Still love this place, just had some bumps this time. Hope to stay here again one day.
