Nice location but they won’t store bags and charge extra for early check in even if say they wont
Location was good
Floor are old and dirty. They texted saying we could check in 2 hours early for no fee and the. The day before said that was a mistake and blamed booking.com and said they charge 75. For it even when I showed them the text.

Excellent stay in a very comfortable, brilliantly located hotel.
Excellent location. Just in the French Quarter but far enough away not to be disturbed by Bourbon Street noise. Friendly management. Great to have a kitchen and lounge area.
We did ask for rubbish to be removed but it wasn’t. When staying for 5 nights that should be done at least once, we thought.
