Rooms and bathrooms were a good size, public access places were kept fairly tidy, and the staff we interacted with were kind
Room cleaning was lacking, our beds were only made once throughout a five night stay, when we got to our room the shampoo and shower gel were both empty, dirty towels from the bathroom weren't picked up even though fresh ones were added, the first morning we were there they didn't have anything for breakfast, even though it's included
