Worst management
Nothing
The staffing management was extremely They overbooked the hotel and gave our reservation away after the room was paid in full. They canceled our room and because it was a full night to stay. We had to try to find somewhere else they didn’t try to help us. they didn’t want to hear that they were the ones that messed up. Valet helped us find another room. We drove four hours to go to this hotel for a concert for a child. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I will never be returning

Disappointed
The room was big
1. Awful odour in the bedroom 2. So many staff members but no one offered help with the bags 3. Too noisy, the air conditioning on the 3rd floor was like jet engine and you can hear everything from the street. If you are light sleeper, the place is not for you.
