As a budget rental this was exactly what was required- clean, efficient, comfortable.

Facility for drinks-making would have been nice. Three flights up and no lift- not suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs. Unclear check-in arrangements.

La ubicación es lo más destacado, llegas a todas partes a pie, la comunicación con el Admin fue muy fácil, siempre fue muy amable

La habitación era más pequeña de lo que se ve en las imágenes, el estado de las escaleras del edificio no es el mejor, en la ducha, no hay un mueble ni Soporte para los artículos de aseo, al no poder abrir la ventana, se encierra mucho el calor en la habitación, así tengas aire acondicionado.

It's a horrible place, from the check-in experience (I had to wait 20 minutes outside until someone came) to the size of the room which was much smaller than it looked like in the photos. Nonetheless, the cleanliness, facilities, and beds of the room were one of the worst I ever seen. I have been traveling for 15 years, staying in hostels, but this was the worst value for money. There were two chairs in the room: a broken wooden chair and a camping chair (no joke!). The plates were made of the cheapest plastic material with disgusting stains that couldn't be removed (I mean, what's the problem with buying new ones?). The bed was soft like jelly, and there were cartons replacing the walls (yes, yes), thus the noise from the street could be heard clearly. As well, the shared shower was unwelcoming and dirty. You might as well sleep in Central Park. central park before there. All is written from personal experience and based on my 3 nights in the place.
