Homeless friendly, traveler unfriendly!
The room was comfortable and clean.
One we arrived at the hotel we could not locate any signs directing us to the lobby. A female employee was standing near a front door smoking a cigarette and looking down at her phone, we asked if this was the hotel. She appeared annoyed and said "yes" then looked back down at her phone. We asked her where to park she pointed to a parking lot in front. Our experience at the front desk was annoying to the same woman as well. Poor customer service and communication. The hotel was surrounded by homeless people sleeping and doing drugs on every corner. We travel to NOLA frequently and would not stay again or recommend this hotel.

Great stay, I would stay again.
The boutique hotel was great. The beds, sheets and pillows were comfy and the shower had a rainfall showerhead. The location was coinvent to the French Quarter. We walked to the Quarter several times. Check in and out was easy and hassle free.
