The best hotel we have stayed at thus far
I liked how close it was to the Mall of America, how friendly and helpful the staff was. Everything was clean and modern.

Horrible about communication with the shuttle. Not from the area and and had to call more than once on several trips to find the right PU spot for shuttle.
Shuttle service and front desk attitude!

Staff members were all friendly and polite which compensated for any of the negatives encountered!
Breakfast was good but not great. Pancake machine is great for kids to “watch” but takes too long for a stack of pancakes! Fruit, juice and milk options were adequate. Proximity to Mall of America and the light rail station was definitely a plus when heading to U.S. Bank stadium!
Paying for parking in an unsecured parking lot doesn’t make sense to me!
