THE ANTIQUE DECOR WAS GREAT BUT THE CONSTRUCTION IN THE LOBBY THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT ON THE WEBSITE AS WINDOM FRANCHISE JUST RECENTLY TOOK OVER TOOK OVER THE PROPERTY !!! STAFF WAS NOT TRAINED AND THEY WERE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED TO RUN THIS HOTEL !!! I DIDN'T FIND OUT THAT THE ADULT HOTEL POOL AREA WAS TOPLESS EUOPEAN STYLE...I WONT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE AS THE ROOMS HAVE NO CARPET OR HEADBORDS ON THE BEDS !!!!

First things first, the staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, from the main entrance staff to the cleaning staff. A special shout-out to Liz, the lifeguard, who was awesome and really made a great impression. We visited while the property was undergoing construction. I was told that the property had a new owner, which explained why a few key features and amenities were missing or not quite where they needed to be yet. Despite the construction, it wasn’t noisy or disruptive, and we still had a great experience overall. The property has a lot of potential and was a great place to visit. There are definitely a few areas that could use some improvement, though. For example, I think the bar could use more of a wow factor to make it stand out and create a more memorable experience for guests. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, especially because of the outstanding staff. With a few improvements and some attention to detail as the new ownership continues to develop the property, I can see this place becoming even better!

Honestly, I really enjoyed the property! It was clean, well-managed, and the staff were amazing. Overall, we had a great experience, and I can tell the property has a lot of potential. If I could change one thing, it would be to make the windows a little more soundproof, lol. Since the property is right next to a freeway, there’s traffic going by 24/7, and cars and motorcycles sometimes woke us up before our alarms did! 😂 The exterior could also use a little TLC. I know there’s a new owner, so hopefully, as the property continues to improve, we’ll see some fresh paint, more greenery, and a few added touches to make the outside look even better. Other than those little things, I really have no complaints! We enjoyed our stay, and I hope my group gets the chance to come back once The Lexi has completed some of its upgrades. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for this place! :)
