Beautiful, super-clean and modern accommodations. Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products. Friendly staff and the on-site pub had excellent food and service.
I thought it came with breakfast, but evidently not. Didn't like the K-cup machine function in room and cream was curdled. Courtesy coffee pot in lobby was empty. Very firm mattress and low flow shower head.

It was a nice room, with lots of space. The location was great. I enjoyed the hotel resturant/bar. I also enjoyed having a balcony. Staff was super friendly.
The bathroom was not well maintained and could really use a deep clean.. The rest of the room was clean-ish but not what would be expected from such a higher cost hotel. The price was a bit high for the fact that the rooms weren't super well kept. I felt like house keeping rushes through cleaning and misses the little things and after a while it becomes a lot of little things that got missed and it shows. For example the counter in the bathroom had tooth paste stuck to it, there was something dripped on a wall in the bedroom, the floors were sticky, there was garbage down the side of the couch. Lots of little things.
