Not as pleasant of an experience as our many past experiences, we may consider another hotel.
Nice hot breakfast. Plenty of protein. Location is close to family. Greeted by a very nice and friendly lady at check-in. The hotel is quiet and clean.
The king bed in room 416 was sunken in. The hot water on the 4th floor was COLD! The next morning we let it run for 10 minutes before it turned hot enough to shower. That was ridiculous for your hotel. Secondly, we asked at the desk for clean towels to be delivered to our room. Upon returning late in the evening, that request was not met. I went back down to the desk and politely explained our earlier request and asked for fresh towels. There was no apology, just "How many". The elevator was not working so I had to carry luggage down the stairs. It was promptly repaired but not before I had carried our bags down. I am 75 years old so it was a challenge for me. We have stayed at your location a dozen times. This was a major disappointment.
