Shabby but clean. Great location and a reasonable price. Employees were friendly and helpful.
The location was amazing. Quiet street located a block from Central Park. Very walkable to midtown and close to easy subway use. Many great restaurants and stores nearby.
The facility was incredibly shabby and rooms were minuscule. Peeling paint on walls and doors, stained carpets, bubbled water damage on the ceiling. One night of our stay we didn’t have hot water. One small elevator that took forever and often times was too full of guests and cleaning staff to ride when it finally arrived.
