Sonesta Simply Suites Miami Airport Doral

First off the guy, wish I could remember his name that picked us up from the airport was wonderful. He not only picked us up in a timely matter but gave us a tour guide Luke ride to the hotel. Very informative and friendly . The best ride ever. Then we get to the hotel and we are greeted by another great member of the staff. RAMIRO the front desk supervisor was awesome ! We arrived early but he fixed us right up and had a room ready for us quickly. He also explained that they would give us a ride anywhere in the Doral area to eat or shop. No charge. Never had that before. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Full kitchen with anything you would need. We stayed here the night before our cruise and when we return from the cruise we were supposed to be staying at another hotel but i canceled it and chose to stay here instead. All the staff here is wonderful. They will go 100% to take care of you. Price is great .I would definitely stay here again .

Nothing I didn't like. But I guess the only thing that would be nice if they transported to the Port. Most hotels will transport to and back from airport but very few do Cruise ports. Not sure why ?

Great value. Clean and had everything needed. Very friendly staff. Nice neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants, bars, etc.

The only inconvenient thing was the placement of the switch to the bedside lamp was high up on the wall and hard to reach from the bed.

Hotel reservado apenas para pernoite para pegar um voo no outro dia pela manhã. Fica próximo ao aeroporto e possuí transfer próprio até lá.

A limpeza poderia ser melhor. Quartos com cheiro de de fritura, precisam melhorar a limpeza e a higienização.
