Location is great
The noise proof is terrible . On the first day I stay in the room 1205, which facing the equipment room, and I can hear the door knocking open close every 1h and neighbor room flushing toilet and someone talking out of my room for more than 1h.On the second day I was rearranged the room 509, worse than before, there is a nonstop vibration noise through entire night. I can’t fall asleep even I use earplugs .

There were nats and bugs in a corner suite room in the show ceiling corners and also on the shower floor . Totally not satisfied with this experience
Very great ambiance! Staff were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Joshua and Edgardo were amazing when we arrived and we really appreciated their hospitality!
Windows, views, design, and lighting all fantastic. The robes were perfect.
The TV froze and did not work all that great. Could not play movies on demand. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower could have been better. Smelled a little weird and left hair feely crunchy/dry.
