Well located but too expensive for not having updated facilities and a good restaurant.
Location for Mayo patients
Outdated, needing a renovation. Carpet in hallways looks dirty due to years of traffic.

Mayo Patient
Location and staff are the positives! Hotel rooms are very old and rooms are not up to par. Strong musty smell in room. Bed mattress needs to be replaced due to ware and the bed skirt had bodily fluid stain on it. It made us very uncomfortable and had to switch hotels. Unfortunately not a 3 star rating for just the Marriott name. Especially having Mayo name attached to it. Hotel needs heavy renovation to have a 3 star rating.
