Excluding check in issues, the flat was nice.
Very nice flat
Checking in was horrible. Lock box did not work. Got a new number and recieved a key without a parking tag. Paid for parking but could not enter garage without the tag. Got phoned tje next evening telling me I had the housekeeping key and had to go exchange it for another key.

Winning experience at Victory Park
Full service, helpful staff, great location for accessing all of Dallas via freeway or tollway
Instructions for parking arrangements and access weren't detailed enough. The location is a bit noisy due to converging freeways which is somewhat expected
