The location is incredible. Within walking distance of so many things Biston is famous for. Unfortunately, all 4 clock faces were being worked on so there was a lot of scaffolding obscuring the views. Hope we have better luck in the future. One area that was annoying was the lighting. I t was far too bright. Perhaps you should consider putting in dimmer switches. I felt like we were in Times Square when we needed the lights on.

Wonderful hotel and perfect location!
Beautiful building and room
Although nice that they care so much, but the texts and calls were a little excessive.
