The location
The beds are lumpy, and shower curtain is not long enough causing water to spray throughout the bathroom. Also breakfast time is ridiculous. It ends at 9AM! Way too early for travelers. I thought Holiday Inn was bad with a 9:30 breakfast end time. I will have to look at other hotels.
The place was clean.
I was lied to for three hours. Front desk kept assuring me my room would be ready in a minute. I was checked in at 3, thanks for the early check in. 3 night stay and this is how you treat guests. I guess you guys hate repeat customers. Edit: Nik responded with more lies. Give it a rest buddy, you are a dishonest person.
Having a free breakfast onsite is fantastic and there are so many choices. Also love that the specialty coffee machine is available anytime and that parking is free. Serena made my stay perfect and all other staff were great, too - very friendly, helpful and efficient. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!
