Loved my stay at The Eliot Hotel. It was clean and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. Everyone we encountered during our stay was extremely polite and kind and genuinely appeared to enjoy their job.
I like everything about my stay

Location, ambience and decor of the hotel.
Lovely suite that we were upgraded into. But the bathrooms are the tiniest I've ever seen. VERY cramped. The breakfast buffet at Uni is a bit meager for the price. On the other hand, the staff could not have been nicer. Very friendly and accommodating. The arrangement with the Harvard CLub to have breakfast over there is very good.
