Hotel DeLuxe

Inside the hotel, the architecture seems pretty decent accent of gold. The molding and not.

No running water half the stay The water pressure is horrible. No room service. No mini bar no in room Service The bar hours are on Same with Breakfast. Restaurant staff can be a hit or Miss Got food poison in the first day at breakfast at the property

We stay here often. The location is great for Timbers game and a parking garage is offered for a fee.

I paid for a king suite and they put me in a queen suite. We noticed this when arriving in the room. When asked why we did not get the right room, they that there was a note on my account and I should have been notified. They in no way acknowledged that this is wrong and that I should be compensated, I had to ask. They offered free parking which I thought was included in the room. When I said this the guy at the desk laughed. It turns out it has just been withheld from my deposit without me knowing. He was very condescending and smug. On top of this poor customer service our room smelled like cigarettes and the pull out bed was awful. It sagged way down and the support bars protruded. An 80 lb kid that can sleep on anything found it terribly uncomfortable. This multiple repeat customer will think twice about booking here again. Mainly due the complete absence of customer service.
