Lots of character and history in this hotel: - old Otis elevator - photos and memorabilia on the walls in the historic wing - striking lobby with stained glass ceiling and mosaic floor

Gorgeous old hotel, close to Pearl street mall
The location. The staff were friendly and great. The building is historic
The carpets looked dated and worn. Our toilet made a loud whining noise after flushing that could wake someone up. The door was hard to lock. For what they charge a night, I’d hope the building would be better maintained.
