Some lack of transparency but overall okay
There’s a 30 dollar additional fee and they credit you back 15 dollars if you eat the breakfast there (not from the new restaurant). It was a self serve buffet style very mediocre breakfast. The staff only asked what room I’m in. Coffee was cold. They had ketchup packs which I found ill fitting for the overall vibe of the hotel. There was one piece of bacon left soaked in the sausage grease. Again very mediocre. I checked my receipt when checking out and I saw I was charged 20 dollars for that breakfast and credited 15 and there was a service charge of 4 dollars as well per person which was not mentioned. They say the WiFi is complimentary but it’s in the 30 dollar fee so technically we are paying for it. So I just found it very misleading. Valet was also 58 dollars and there was one person parking the cars and 6 guests waiting for their cars. I also waiting 30 mins when I arrived to have my care retrieved as the worker was away parking other guests cars. He did the best he could being the only one parking the cars. At that rate I feel like they can hire another person. Other than that the stay was comfortable, the bathroom had good products, the library was cool and staff were nice.
