The staff was great it was beautiful

The back door was wide open twice. No one had to use a key to get into the building. Then the dishes were dirty. We are members and still was told we had to pay $25 to eat breakfast. The breakfast dishes were dirty. The shower in our bedroom room 1216 smelt like sewer the water stunk the whole room up it smelt like a really bad sewage problem. They said there was nothing that they could do about it because it’s the pipes so I’m not saying that everyone’s shower smelled like that, but ours did and it smelt very bad like really bad. We could not take a shower. We could not use the water because the smell was horrendous.

The room was not priced as I originally booked it. The ac was out of service the entire weekend. Room was changed twice. Water wasn't hot. Tub was stopped up. Refrigerator didn't work

They overcharged me $11 from the confirmed rate then you have to pay another $30 just to oark in their own lot. Should be included. They also need to do some upgrades. The rugs are dirty and the design makes it look like it's wet.

Staff was very friendly
