Exceptional stay, we will be returning!
Location: Close to Boston centre, a short taxi away so we could experience what Boston had to offer. Car parking available if you are travelling by car. Staff: We messaged to see if we could drop our luggage off before check in so we could explore the city, they were very responsive and said that we could drop our bags off early. They were very proactive and checked to see if our room was ready early so we could check in, luckily the room was ready for us earlier than check in. The valet staff were very welcoming and happy to help us on arrival. Were were also blown away by the little touches the staff provided especially Phoenix Davis (we were celebrating our honeymoon + a birthday) decorating our room, bottle of fizz and name on the sign. When we checked out we were assisted by Julia who stored our bags until we were ready to go to the airport, this allowed us a carefree extra day of exploring Boston and it was easy to retrieve our bags when needed. Facilities: The facilities were spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, our housekeeper was Isis Bonilla. As music lovers this hotel was awesome because it was music themed and each room had a band allocated. We stayed in the Queen (band) room. In the room there was a record player we were able to browse their record collection and take them back to our room to listen to them, this is was very unique to us and a lovely touch. Furthermore there was the usual amenities: hair dryer, coffee maker, towels, body wash etc there was also ear plugs beside the bed. Overall we had an amazing stay and look forward to returning in the future.
