The walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything. My daughter and I couldn’t sleep with all the noises.

The noise existed whole time. It was so cold when we got in the room. I turned heat up but didn’t work so well. There was a stain on the comforter. I tried to call room service and guest service. But the phone didn’t work. So I went down from 20th floor to tell people I need a replacement for the comforter and went back room to wait. Nothing happened over half an hour so I went down again. This time I wait there until the guy took the comforters to me. I was told by the lady that you can dial a number which on the key holder back to front desk when I checked out.But nobody mentioned it when I checked in.
